Thank you for choosing and purchasing the TECNO CC6 CAMON 12 Air smartphone. This device is designed for mobile radiotelephone communication systems operating on GSM 900/1800 standards. It supports packet data transmission technology (GPRS Class B) and enhanced channel data transmission with eight-phase frequency modulation (EDGE), UMTS 900/2000 standards, high-speed packet data access (HSDPA) and uplink (HSUPA), 802.11 b/g/n, and 802.15 (Bluetooth) standards, as well as LTE-FDD high-speed wireless data transmission.

Simultaneous operation of both slots in 3G/4G networks is not supported. The SIM card for 3G/4G network operation can be selected from the menu. For nano-SIM, please contact your service provider.

Memory Card and Battery:

The memory card is not included in the package and is sold separately. The phone's battery is non-removable. Attempting to remove it may cause irreversible damage to the device.

The service life of the equipment is 2 years from the date of sale.

Operating Rules

Follow the rules for using a mobile phone while driving. Use the "Hands-Free" function or stop the car while talking. Placing the phone in the airbag deployment zone may cause serious injury if the airbag deploys.

It is not recommended to expose the device to high temperatures, pressure, or high humidity. It is not recommended to subject the phone to strong impacts, as this may cause it to malfunction.

The radiation from a mobile phone may cause interference with other communication devices, including regular phones, radio and TV receivers, and office equipment.

Do not place the phone and its accessories in microwave ovens. This may lead to unforeseen consequences, from equipment failure to fire.

Observe the rules for using mobile devices on airplanes, in medical facilities, at gas stations, in chemical plants, and in other places where there are restrictions on mobile communication use due to interference with sensitive equipment or the presence of flammable materials.

Do not disassemble the device and its accessories (battery). This may lead to its malfunction and battery leakage. The phone's battery is non-removable! Attempting to remove it may cause irreversible damage to the device!

Do not cover the phone while charging. This may lead to overheating and ignition of the device.

Protect the smartphone's liquid crystal display from impacts. If the display is damaged and liquid crystal substance gets into your eyes, immediately rinse your eyes with water and consult a doctor.

Using sharp objects to operate the touchscreen may cause it to break.

The radiation from a mobile phone may cause interference with other communication devices, including regular phones, radio and TV receivers, and office equipment.

Using a non-original battery may lead to battery leakage or ignition.

Do not attempt to open the device in any way other than as specified in the manual. Unauthorized self-repair or repair at a non-authorized service center voids the warranty.

When charging, the phone should be placed in a well-ventilated area, away from flammable and explosive objects. Do not charge the device in rooms with high humidity (bathrooms). If water or other liquid gets onto the charging device, immediately unplug it from the outlet.

Dirt and dust in the outlet can interfere with the normal charging process. Remember to wipe the charger from dust.

Adhere to the specified AC voltage values. Incorrect voltage may lead to fire, damage to the phone, and charger. Do not short-circuit the charger. Short-circuiting can cause electric shock, smoke, and device damage.

Do not use the charger if the cable is visibly damaged to avoid fire or electric shock. Do not disassemble or modify the charger.

Do not place heavy objects on the charger cable. When unplugging from the outlet, pull the charger block. Do not pull the cable!

Transportation, Storage, and Disposal

Product transportation is carried out in the manufacturer's packaging using all types of transport over any distance. The product must be packed in packaging, containers, and other components and materials that ensure protection of the phones from damage, spoilage, and loss, to ensure their safety during transportation, transshipment, reloading, transportation, and storage, as well as to exclude access to the contents and the possibility of causing harm to the cargo, baggage, or carrier's property.

Long-term storage of the product is carried out in double packaging: inner and outer. Special packaging paper or polyethylene film is used for internal packaging. Original boxes in which the phones were received from the manufacturer are used as external packaging.

Radiostations and their components must be stored under climatic conditions:

Disposal of radiostations and their components with household waste is prohibited and must be carried out at specialized disposal sites.

Warning: The smartphone has anti-theft protection through the entered Google account: E-mail and password. Save this data in another secure location; it will be required later. Losing this data may incur additional costs.
