Thank you for choosing and purchasing the TECNO CC6 smartphone, marketed as CAMON 12 Air. The TECNO CC6 CAMON 12 Air is designed to operate within mobile radiotelephone communication systems of GSM 900/1800 standard as a terminal subscriber device with support for packet data transmission (GPRS class B) and enhanced channel data transmission with eight-phase phase modulation (EDGE), UMTS 900/2000 standards and high-speed packet data access mode (HSDPA) downstream and (HSUPA) upstream, 802.11 b/g/n and 802.15 (Bluetooth) standards, as well as the LTE-FDD high-speed wireless data transmission standard.

Getting Started with the Phone

The phone has the following components:

  1. Front camera
  2. Volume key
  3. Power key

Important: Simultaneous operation of both slots in 3G/4G networks is not supported. A SIM card for 3G/4G network operation can be selected from the menu. To obtain a nano-SIM, please contact your mobile operator.

Important: The memory card is not included in the package and is sold separately! The phone's battery is non-removable! Attempts to remove it yourself may result in irreversible damage to the device!

Important: Do not insert the following into the SIM slot:

Failure to comply with these rules will lead to damage of the SIM slot and refusal of warranty service.

The TECNO CC6 CAMON 12 Air mobile device complies with international requirements for radiofrequency range radiation exposure. The specific absorption rate (SAR) limit does not exceed 2.0 W/kg. These norms for safe radiation limits were developed by an independent research organization ICNIRP and exclude the possibility of harm to human health.

Some mobile phone functions depend on the services and settings of the mobile operator. Some functions may be enabled or disabled by the operator, and their functional range may be limited by network settings. Information on the availability and cost of certain functions can be clarified with the mobile operator.

The manufacturing date of the TECNO CB7 device is indicated on the sticker located under the battery. It is represented by the first two symbols of the serial code S/N, where the first symbol indicates the year of production, and the second - the month of manufacture.

The manufacturing date of the charger is indicated on the sticker by the last six symbols of the code: XXX (internal classification) YYYYMM, where YYYY is the year, and MM is the month of production. The manufacturing date of the battery is indicated in the format YYYY/MM/DD, which represents the year, month, and day of product manufacture, respectively.

The service life of the equipment is 2 years from the date of sale.

All products sold have a quality certificate indicating the name of the manufacturer, the regulatory documentation according to which it was produced, the manufacturing date, and the expiration date.

Operating Rules

Follow the rules for using a mobile phone while driving. Use the "Hands-Free" function or stop the car while talking. Placing the phone in the airbag deployment zone may cause serious injury in case of airbag deployment.

It is not recommended to expose the device to high temperatures, pressure, or high humidity. It is not recommended to subject the phone to strong impacts, as this may cause it to malfunction.

The radiation from a mobile phone may cause interference with other communication devices, including ordinary telephones, radio and television receivers, and office equipment.

Do not place the phone and its accessories in microwave ovens. This may lead to unforeseen consequences, from equipment failure to fire.

You must follow the rules for using mobile devices on airplanes, in medical facilities, at gas stations, in chemical plants, and other places where there are restrictions on the use of mobile communications due to interference with sensitive equipment or the presence of flammable materials.

Do not disassemble the device and its accessories (battery). This may lead to its failure and battery leakage. The phone's battery is non-removable! Attempts to remove it yourself may result in irreversible damage to the device!

Do not cover the phone while charging. This may lead to overheating and ignition of the device.

Protect the smartphone's liquid crystal display from impacts. If the display is damaged and the liquid crystal substance gets into your eyes, immediately rinse your eyes with water and consult a doctor.

Using sharp objects to control the touchscreen may cause it to break.

The radiation from a mobile phone may cause interference with other communication devices, including ordinary telephones, radio and television receivers, and office equipment.

Using a non-original battery may lead to battery leakage or ignition.

Do not attempt to open the device in any way other than as indicated in the manual. Unauthorized self-repair or repair at a non-authorized service center voids the warranty.

When charging, the phone should be placed in a well-ventilated area, away from flammable and explosive objects. Do not charge the device in rooms with high humidity (bathrooms). If water or other liquid gets on the charging device, immediately unplug it from the outlet.

Dirt and dust in the outlet can interfere with the normal charging process. Remember to wipe the charger from dust.

Adhere to the specified AC voltage values. Incorrect voltage may lead to fire, damage to the phone, and charger. Do not short-circuit the charger. A short circuit can cause electric shock, smoke, and device damage.

Do not use the charger if the cable is visibly damaged to avoid fire or electric shock. Do not disassemble or modify the charger.

Do not place heavy objects on the charger cable. When unplugging from the outlet, pull the charger unit. Do not pull the cable!

Transportation, Storage, Disposal

Product transportation is carried out in packaging from the manufacturer by all types of transport over any distance. The product must be packed in packaging, containers, and other components and materials that ensure protection of the phones from damage, spoilage, and loss, in order to ensure their safety during transportation, handling, transshipment, transportation, and storage, as well as to exclude access to the contents and the possibility of causing harm to the cargo, baggage, or carrier's property.

Long-term storage of the product is carried out in double packaging: internal and external. Special packaging paper or polyethylene film is used for internal packaging. Original boxes in which the phones were received from the manufacturer are used as external packaging.
