VIHALS Cabinet with Sliding Glass Doors

Assembly Instructions

Step 1

Attach the base panel to the side panels. Ensure correct orientation by noting the pre-drilled holes. Use dowels (4x Part 10077982) and connectors. The diagram shows two side panels and a base panel being joined, with arrows indicating insertion points for dowels and connectors.

Step 2

Attach the second side panel to the base and the first side panel. Use dowels and connectors. The structure begins to take shape.

Step 3

Attach the central divider panel. Use dowels and connectors. The diagram shows the central vertical panel being inserted between the side panels.

Step 4

Attach the top panel. Use dowels and connectors. The diagram shows the top panel being placed and secured, with parts like caps (2x Part 10005905) and connectors (6x Part 10061178) indicated.

Step 5

Secure the main frame using screws (10x Part 151707, 10x Part 151708) and connectors (16x Part 10051660). Two people may be needed for this step. Arrows indicate where to insert screws.

Step 6

Insert screws (4x) into the designated holes on the frame. Use the Allen key (1x Part 100049) to tighten. The diagram shows screw insertion points.

Step 7

Slide the back panels into the grooves on the frame. Arrows indicate the direction of insertion.

Step 8

Attach the top back support pieces using screws (2x Part 147968). Arrows indicate screw locations.

Step 9

Attach the bottom brackets (2x Part 150688) for the sliding doors. Use screws (2x Part 147968). Arrows indicate screw insertion.

Step 10

Attach the lower door runner components (2x Part 157975). Use screws (2x Part 147968) and brackets (2x Part 10078838). Arrows indicate screw insertion.

Step 11

Attach the feet/caps (2x Part 150689) to the bottom of the cabinet. Arrows indicate insertion.

Step 12

Insert the upper door runner components (2x Part 157976) into the cabinet frame. Arrows indicate insertion.

Step 13

Attach the upper door runner components (2x Part 192161) to the top of the cabinet. Arrows indicate screw insertion.

Step 14

Attach the upper door runner components (2x Part 192160) to the top of the cabinet. Arrows indicate screw insertion.

Step 15

Attach the sliding door tracks (2x) to the cabinet frame. Use screws (2x Part 147968) and washers (2x Part 126916). Arrows indicate screw insertion and the use of a washer.

Step 16

Attach the upper door runner components (2x Part 192160) to the cabinet frame. Arrows indicate screw insertion.

Step 17

Attach the mounting plates for the doors (4x Part 192157, 4x Part 192165, 4x Part 10100439) to the inside of the cabinet frame. Use screws (4x Part 150521, 4x Part 192164, 4x Part 10100431). Arrows indicate screw locations.

Step 18

Insert the lower sliding door tracks (2x Part 157975). Ensure correct orientation. Arrows indicate insertion sequence and alignment.

Step 19

Insert the upper sliding door tracks (2x Part 157976). Ensure correct orientation. Arrows indicate insertion sequence and alignment.

Step 20

Attach the door hinge mechanisms (4x Part 192157, 4x Part 192165, 4x Part 10100439) to the cabinet frame. Use screws (4x Part 150521, 4x Part 192164, 4x Part 10100431). Arrows indicate screw insertion.

Step 21

Attach the door hinge mechanisms (4x Part 192158, 4x Part 192166, 4x Part 10100430) to the cabinet frame. Use screws (4x Part 150521, 4x Part 192164, 4x Part 10100431). Arrows indicate screw insertion.

Step 22

Attach the hinge mounting plates (4x Part 192157, 4x Part 192165, 4x Part 10100439) to the cabinet frame. Use screws (4x Part 150521, 4x Part 192164, 4x Part 10100431). Arrows indicate screw insertion.

Step 23

Attach the hinge mounting plates (4x Part 192158, 4x Part 192166, 4x Part 10100430) to the cabinet frame. Use screws (4x Part 150521, 4x Part 192164, 4x Part 10100431). Arrows indicate screw insertion.

Step 24

Attach the sliding door mechanism to the cabinet. Arrows indicate the mechanism being clipped or screwed into place. A lock symbol ? indicates secure locking.

Step 25

Attach the sliding door mechanism to the cabinet. Arrows indicate the mechanism being clipped or screwed into place. A lock symbol ? indicates secure locking.

Step 26

Attach the door hinges to the cabinet frame. Use screws. Arrows indicate screw insertion.

Step 27

Attach the door hinges to the cabinet frame. Use screws. Arrows indicate screw insertion.

Step 28

Install the shelves. Arrows indicate insertion into shelf support holes.

Wall Mounting Instructions

The supplied screws and plugs can be used with most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C), use screws without plugs. If uncertain, seek professional advice.

Method A (Solid Walls):

Drill a Ø 8 mm (5/16") hole. Insert wall plug (2x Part 121714). Screw in the provided screw (approx. 70 mm / 2 3/4").

Method B (Hollow Walls):

Drill a Ø 8 mm (5/16") hole. Screw in the provided screw (approx. 30 mm / 1 1/4").

Method C (Solid Wood):

Drill a Ø 3 mm (1/8") pilot hole. Screw in the provided screw (approx. 30 mm / 1 1/4").

Note: ALWAYS install the anti-tip device provided to secure the furniture to the wall.
