Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet immediately after use and before cleaning.

- Do not place hands or fingers near the massage mechanism or rollers while the product is operating. Touching the mechanism can cause injury from the rollers.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a similarly qualified person to avoid a hazard.
- Never leave an appliance unattended when plugged in. Unplug from the outlet when not in use and before attaching or removing parts.

Do not attempt to repair this product yourself. This product is designed for personal in-home use; commercial use will void the warranty.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug fits in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully, reverse it. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not alter the plug.

Get Ready
Unpack the Box
Your Human Touch Gravis ZG chair requires simple assembly. Attach the armrests, body pad, head pillow, and remote pocket.
Components: Chair Base, Body Pad, Armrests (2), Head Pillow, Power Transformer/Cable, Remote Pocket.
Install the Armrests
- Plug in the chair. Use the controller ⬆️ (Back) and ⬇️ (Foot) buttons to raise the backrest and lower the legrest.
- Armrests are labeled L (left) or R (right) as you sit in the chair. Ensure correct placement with the angled end towards the back. Align armrest tabs with corresponding chair arm tabs.
- Turn the armrest over, lower it onto the chair arm, and slide it forward until it clicks into place.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the other armrest.
- Pull up and backward on each armrest to confirm it is securely locked.
Power On the Chair
Plug in the chair, take a seat, and press the ? (Power) button on the remote. The Power LED will light up, indicating the remote is receiving power.
Install the Lower Body Pad
- Use the controller ZG button to recline the chair into the zero-gravity position.
- Lay the body pad on top of the chair base.
- Slide the flap on the underside of the legrest portion of the pad over the chair frame. Pull the pad firmly toward the headrest. Press upward on the flaps at the underside corners to secure the pad using hook-and-loop fasteners.
- Flip the backrest portion of the pad forward onto the legrest to expose the canvas pocket.
- Unzip the canvas pocket. Thread the air hoses and two white cables through the hole in the chair canvas.
- Connect the air hoses and the two cable connectors, ensuring the cabling is positioned behind the seat springs.
Install the Upper Body Pad
- Smooth the lower body pad down over the legrest and seat. Unzip the backrest panels and fold them to each side.
- Open the inner zipper. Slide the top of the body pad over the headrest frame.
- Use the ⬆️ (Back) button on the remote to raise the backrest to the upright position.
- Close the inner zipper, then close the outer zipper.
Install the Head Pillow
Place the head pillow into position and thread the straps through the retaining strap on the back of the headrest.
Install the Remote Pocket
Place the remote pocket on the right armrest and secure it using the hook-and-loop fasteners.
Take a Seat
Adjust the Recline Angle
Use the ⬆️ (Back) buttons to recline to your desired position, then use the ⬇️ (Foot) buttons to adjust the footrest angle. Alternatively, press the ZG button on the remote or the front right-hand arm sensor for automatic zero-gravity or neutral-posture positioning for maximum spinal relief.
Zero-Gravity Position: Press and hold ZG to recline the chair into this position.
Restore Position: Press and hold Restore to return the chair to the upright position with the footrest lowered.
Adjust the Headrest
Use the Head buttons to adjust the headrest as desired.
Getting Out of the Chair
To exit the chair easily, press and hold the ? (Power) button on the remote or the rear right-hand arm sensor to restore the chair to the upright position with the footrest lowered.

Remote Control Overview
The remote control allows you to manage all chair functions:
- ? Power: Turns the remote on/off. Press and hold to restore the chair to the upright position with the footrest lowered.
- ZG: Press to recline to the zero-gravity position.
- Massage, Stretch, Lumbar: Select programmed massage modes.
- ⬆️ / ⬇️ (Head): Adjust the headrest position.
- ⬆️ / ⬇️ (Back): Adjust the recline angle.
- ⬆️ / ⬇️ (Foot): Adjust the footrest position.
- Zone: Control heat zones (back, seat, leg).
- Heat Cycle Timer: Set timer for heat (1hr, 2hr, 3hr).
- Heat: Toggle through six heat settings (1-6 hours). Heat automatically turns off after the selected time.

For optimal condition, dust frequently or vacuum with a soft brush extension. SofSuede® products can be brushed with a suede brush. For dirt, use a water-based upholstery cleaner. For stains, spot clean with upholstery shampoo or mild detergent foam.
Natural Leather Care: Natural leather is porous and susceptible to color changes from dirt, sweat, moisture, grease, and oils. Minimize contact with bare skin, hair, and food items. Periodically rub the leather surface with beeswax, saddle-soap, or a leather conditioner from a reputable supplier to help prevent discoloration, cracking, and drying.

Use and Storage Environment
- When not in use for extended periods, cover the chair, coil the power cord, and store in a dust and moisture-free environment.

- Do not use or store in extreme temperatures. Products stored in cold temperatures may require 48 hours at room temperature to function properly.
