Important Safety Notice ⚠️
Always use proper tools. Follow the assembly steps in order; do not skip any steps. Ensure all packing materials are checked carefully for small parts that may have come loose during shipment. If parts are missing, contact the retailer from whom the product was purchased to obtain any missing parts. DO NOT USE SUBSTITUTE PARTS. Periodically check to ensure that all connectors (bolts, screws, etc.) are tight. Keep these instructions for future reference.
Be very careful when handling glass or mirrors, as severe injury may result if they break. Never handle large pieces of glass or mirrors by yourself. When assembling products with electrical cords (lamps, lights, motors, power strips, etc.), always ensure the electrical cord is unplugged before assembling, be careful not to twist or pinch the electrical cord during and after assembly, and DO NOT USE AN EXTENSION CORD WITH THIS PRODUCT.
Note: During charging, the device and the charger could heat up; this is normal. If the battery gets hotter than usual, the device may stop charging.
WARNING: Remove all metal objects like coins and keys from the charging surface and remove any metal objects attached to your mobile phone before placing the device on the charging surface. Some mobile devices or cases may attract metal objects.
When assembling shelves or entertainment centers, do not stand on lower shelves to assemble upper shelves; use a step ladder. Do not stand on tables, including end tables, coffee tables, and dinner tables, as tables are not designed to support the weight of a person. Where assembly instructions state that two or more people are required, do not attempt by yourself as there is a risk of injury.

General Assembly Notes
This unit should be assembled by two or more people. Do not tighten any bolts until all bolts have been started!
Hardware Location: Hardware is stored on the headboard drawer side and the parts are located inside the box.
Diagram Description: An illustration shows the headboard area with a label pointing to a 'HARDWARE PACK'. It also shows the main bed frame components, with labels pointing to specific parts of the leg assembly (G, E, F).
Assembly Steps ⚙️
Step 1
Attach part A (headboard panel) to the side rails (B). The diagram shows part A connecting to the top of the side rails. Close-up views illustrate 'P' bolts (5/16" x 1-1/2") inserted through holes in the side rails and into part A, secured with washers (implied 'Q') and decorative caps labeled 'T'. Two 'M' bolts (#8 x 30mm) are also shown.
Step 2
Attach part A (headboard panel) using four 'S' screws (5/16" x 1"). The diagram shows part A being secured to another component with screws 'S'. Close-up views show two 'S' screws being inserted into holes on the underside of part A, securing it to another piece. Decorative caps labeled 'T' are depicted covering the heads of the 'S' screws.
Step 3
Attach part C (footboard rail) to the side rails (B) using six 'P' bolts (5/16" x 1-1/2"). The diagram shows part C connecting between the ends of the side rails. Close-up views show the insertion of 'P' bolts through the side rails into part C, secured with washers (implied 'Q') and decorative caps labeled 'T'.
Step 4
Attach part C (footboard rail) using four 'S' screws (5/16" x 1"). The diagram shows part C being secured to another component with screws 'S'. Close-up views show two 'S' screws being inserted into holes on the underside of part C, securing it to another piece. Decorative caps labeled 'T' are depicted covering the heads of the 'S' screws.
Step 5
Attach part B (side rails) using four 'S' screws (5/16" x 1"). The diagram shows part B being connected to other components with screws 'S'. Close-up views show two 'S' screws being inserted into holes on the underside of part B, securing it to another piece. Decorative caps labeled 'T' are depicted covering the heads of the 'S' screws.
Step 6
Insert four 'I' pieces (support legs) into the ends of part D (support bar). The diagram shows part D with four holes, and pieces 'I' being pushed into these holes. Close-up views show the insertion of 'I' pieces into the ends of 'D'.
Step 7
Assemble the main bed frame. Attach part A (headboard panel) to the side rails (B) and footboard rail (C). Arrows indicate the direction of assembly. Close-up views show the connection points secured by decorative caps labeled 'T'.
Step 8
Attach part D (support bar) with inserted 'I' pieces (support legs) to the assembled frame. The diagram shows part D being placed across the width of the bed frame, resting on the side rails. A close-up view shows the connection point.
Step 9
Install the bed slats. For models B1199-81/82, use part N (slats) and secure with nine 'R' bolts (1/4" x 1-1/2"). For models B1199-72/94, use parts U/W (slats) and secure with twelve 'R' bolts (1/4" x 1-1/2"). The diagram shows slats being laid across the support bar and side rails, with bolts 'R' securing them. Close-up views show the bolt insertion points.
Step 10: Adjusting Levelers
Turn the adjustable leveler on the bottom of the Cross-Slat Support Leg (part 'I' or similar) leaving a 6mm space between the leveler and the floor. The diagram shows a close-up of the bottom of a leg with a threaded leveler. An arrow indicates turning the leveler. Turning clockwise extends the leveler; turning counterclockwise retracts it.
Note: Always disassemble the bed prior to moving to a new location.
Product Variants
Illustrations show the three main bed frame configurations: B1199-72, B1199-81/82, and B1199-94, highlighting potential visual differences between the models.
