Additional Information

Before using the equipment, carefully read the entire operating manual. It is recommended to use only the original battery, charger, and accessories included with the device. The manufacturer or distributor is not responsible for the use of third-party accessories.

The functions described in this manual are general for smartwatches; specific models may differ from the standard description.

Before first use, charge the device for at least 2 hours. Download and install the companion application, and grant all necessary consents requested by the smartphone. Incomplete consent may limit device functionality. The smartphone will only request access to functions essential for the smartwatch's proper operation.

The company reserves the right to modify the content of this manual.

How to Wear a Smartwatch

Wearing a Watch

The strap for this watch model is 22mm wide and is replaceable. Additional straps are available in different colors and materials.

For general wear, position the smartwatch like a regular watch, approximately one finger above the wrist bone.

To optimize heart rate monitoring during exercise, wear the device slightly higher on the wrist (about 2 fingers above the wrist bone) for enhanced comfort and stability. Activities like cycling or lifting weights can alter the watch's position due to wrist bending. If the watch is worn too low on the wrist bone, measurements may be interrupted, highlighting the importance of correct positioning.

Replacing the Belt

Before using the watch, attach the original strap. Exercise caution and protect your nails when attaching the telescopes to the watch.

Putting on the Belt

  1. Insert one end of the strap, including the telescope, into the recess of the watch case.
  2. On the other side, slide the telescope into the recess and attach it to the watch.

Removing the Belt

  1. On one side, press the circle on the telescope and gently move it inward.
  2. Pull up until the telescope detaches from the watch.

The companion application for the Ultra smartwatch model is "FitCloudPro". It can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
