Watchmark Focus Information

The Watchmark Focus is a health watch from the KARDIO series designed to help users manage their health. It features functions for tracking health parameters such as blood pressure, oxygen saturation, pulse, and temperature. Measurement results are displayed on the watch screen, allowing users to monitor progress, achievements, and improve fitness.

Charging Instructions

This smartwatch uses magnetic charging. Connect the charging cable to the USB input and the rear charging contacts of the device. Charging begins automatically, indicated by a charging icon on the screen.

A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. Do not use the watch while charging.

Caution: Do not connect the magnetic charging cable to any 2 pins simultaneously with conductive material, as this may cause a short circuit.

Please read the entire manual carefully before use. It is recommended to use only original accessories. The manufacturer is not responsible for the use of third-party accessories.

Functions may differ between models. Charge the device for at least 2 hours before first use. Download and install the companion application, accepting all necessary consents for proper operation. The smartphone will only request access to functions essential for the smartwatch's operation.

How to Wear a Smartwatch

The strap width is 22mm and is replaceable.

Wearing a Watch

For regular wear, position the smartwatch one finger above your wrist bone. For optimal heart rate monitoring during exercise, wear it slightly higher (within 2 fingers above the wrist bone) for better comfort and stability. Incorrect placement, especially lower on the wrist bone, can interrupt measurements.

Belt Replacement

Attach the original strap before use, exercising caution with your nails when attaching the telescopes.

Putting on the Belt

Insert one end of the strap with the telescope into the watch case recess. Slide the other telescope into the center of the recess and attach it to the watch.

Removing the Strap

1. On one side, press the ring on the telescope and gently move it to the center.
2. Pull upwards until the telescope detaches from the watch.

Apps and Features

Installing the Application

The companion app for the Focus smartwatch is "FitCloudPro". Download it from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

After installation, turn on Bluetooth on your phone and open the app. Create an account or proceed without registration. Complete your data and grant necessary permissions. To connect the watch, select "Scan" and then the watch model (F900).

Smartwatch Features

• Time, Date, Day of the Week: Displayed on the main screen.
• Pedometer: Counts daily steps, resetting at 00:00. Steps can be viewed on the app or the watch screen.
• Burnt Calories Counter: Calculates calories burned daily. Data available in the app or by swiping the main screen.
• Distance Traveled: Tracks distance covered daily. Information available in the app or by swiping the main screen.
• Screen Brightness Adjustment: Helps protect eyes and save battery. Accessible via the drop-down menu on the main screen.
• Blood Pressure (BP)*: Measures blood pressure. Normal systolic pressure is 120 mmHg, diastolic is 80 mmHg. Function accessed via "BP" in the menu.
• Saturation*: Monitors blood oxygen levels. Normal range is 95-100%. Function accessed via "Blood oxygen" in the menu.
• Pulse*: Measures heart rate (beats per minute). Normal range is 60-100 bpm. Function accessed via "Pulse" in the menu.
• Temperature Measurement*: Measures current body temperature. Normal adult temperature is 36.6°C; fever is considered 38°C or higher. Function accessed via "Body temperature" in the menu.
• Laser Therapy**: Emits light for therapeutic effects (analgesic, anti-inflammatory, etc.). Duration: 60-240 seconds. Activate via the lower button. Contraindications apply (e.g., cancer, hyperthyroidism, pregnancy).
• Stopwatch: Measures short periods of time. Found in the watch menu.
• Alarm: Set alarms via the app (see page 18 for details).
• Sleep Tracker: Analyzes sleep, showing hours slept and stats in the menu.
• Weather: Displays current weather information after connecting to the phone and enabling the feature in the app (see page 18 for details).
• Music: Control phone music playback (pause, play, rewind) from the watch.
• Sports Modes: Track training goals (steps, HR, calories, distance) for activities like Walk, Run, Climb, Cycling, Yoga, Cross Trainer. Data available in the app or watch menu "Training".
• Shield Theme Change: Customize watch faces by long-pressing the main screen or selecting from the app (see page 16 for details).
• Changing Menu Appearance: Customize menu design (3 styles) via Settings > "Main menu style".
• Notifications/Messages: Display incoming notifications from social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Gmail) and message previews. Enable in app settings.
• Do Not Disturb Mode: Suppresses all notifications. Enable via Settings > "Do Not Disturb Mode".
• "Find Phone" Function: Locate your phone by making it vibrate and ring. Select "Find Phone" in the watch menu.
• Factory Reset: Resets the watch to default settings. Access via Settings > Reset.
• Settings: Adjust backlight time, screen brightness, power saving, vibration intensity, laser therapy parameters, device language, and turn off the device.

**Laser Therapy Contraindications: Cancer, hyperthyroidism, epilepsy, skin diseases, pregnancy.

Features Available in the Dedicated Application

• Measurement History: View past measurement records on the app's main page.
• Notifications: Read message previews from apps like Facebook, Instagram, Gmail. Enable in app: "Device" > "Notification Settings".
• Shield Theme Change: Select different watch faces in the app: "Device" > "Watch Face Selection". Requires Data/Wifi.
• Phone Camera Control: Remotely take photos using the phone's camera by shaking the watch. Access via "Device" > "Remote Camera". Useful for group photos.
• Find the Device: Locate the watch using the "Watch search" function in the app, which triggers a vibrating alarm on the watch.
• Alarms: Set alarms in the app via "Device" > "Alarms".
• Motion Reminder: Set reminders to move if the watch detects prolonged inactivity. Enable via "Device" > "Inactivity Reminder".
• Hydration Reminder: Set reminders to drink water. Enable via "Device" > "Hydration Reminder".
• Weather: Display current weather by allowing app location access and enabling the feature in "Device" > "Weather Information".
• Wake Up Screen with Flick of Wrist (G-Sensor): Enable screen activation with a wrist motion via "Devices" > "Wake up with a wrist motion".
• Automatic Heart Rate Measurement: Schedule hourly heart rate measurements via "Device" > "Continuous Heart Rate Monitoring". Note: This reduces battery life.
• Factory Reset: Reset the watch via the app: "Devices" > "Restore factory settings".
