Assembly Steps
STEP 1: Cable Routing
A diagram shows cables being routed through the central pole of Mount (A).
Alternative Assembly - CablesRouted Through Ceiling: If your cables are routed through the ceiling, guide them through the top plate of Mount (A), as shown.
STEP 2: Mounting Options
Mounting Option 1: Wood Stud Mounting
Use the top plate of Mount (A) to mark mounting holes on your ceiling where there is a wood stud. A stud finder is recommended. Two diagrams show correct (check mark) and incorrect (cross mark) orientations for the mount.
Drill mounting holes at marked locations using the following specifications:
- Drill Bit: 3/16" (4.5mm)
- Hole Depth: 2.2" (55mm)
Attach Mount (A) to the ceiling using Screws (W-A), Washers (W-C), and a Phillips screwdriver.
Note: Anchors (W-B) are included for concrete/brick installations ONLY and are NOT intended for drywall use.
Mounting Option 2: Concrete/Brick Mounting
Use the top plate of Mount (A) to mark mounting holes on your ceiling at the desired location. Two diagrams show correct (check mark) and incorrect (cross mark) orientations for the mount.
Drill mounting holes at marked locations using the following specifications:
- Drill Bit: 3/8" (10mm)
- Hole Depth: 2.4" (60mm)
Press Concrete Anchors (W-B) into mounting holes. Attach Mount (A) to the ceiling using Screws (W-A) and Washers (W-C), and a Phillips screwdriver.
STEP 3: Attach Spacers and Plates
Attach Plastic Spacers (S-A) to the outside and Threaded Plates (S-B) to the inside of the bottom of Mount (A) using two M5x12mm Screws (S-C) and the 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A). Install screws into the upper holes, leaving 4mm of thread exposed.
STEP 4: Hook Shelf
Hook Shelf (B) onto the previously installed screws and install the remaining M5x12mm Screws (S-C) in the remaining set of holes. Fully tighten all screws with the 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
STEP 5: Adjust Height and Place Projector
To adjust height, use the 4mm Allen Wrench (T-A) to loosen the set screw in the back of Mount (A), adjust height, and re-tighten to secure. A diagram shows the adjustable height range.
Place your projector on the assembly and connect power with the previously installed cables.
