Connect Settings

Step 1: Power on

Earbuds power on AUTOMATICALLY when removed from the charging case. A "POWER ON" voice prompt will be heard.

To power on manually, press the power keys on both earbuds for up to 3 seconds.

Step 2: Pairing

When both earbuds are on, they will connect to each other AUTOMATICALLY with a "DU DU" voice prompt from each.

Once connected, one earbud will automatically enter pairing mode with a "PAIRING" voice prompt.

Step 3: Connected

On your smartphone, search for and select "T3". A "CONNECTED" voice prompt will be heard from the right or left earbud upon successful connection.

Step 4: Power off

Return the earbuds to the charging case or press the power key on either earbud for up to 5 seconds to turn them off.

Mono Mode: To use a single earbud, keep the other earbud in the charging case.

Controls

Audio Playing

• Press (x1): Play / Pause
• Press and hold right earbud (up to 2s): Next Track
• Press and hold left earbud (up to 2s): Previous Track
• Double press right earbud: Volume+
• Double press left earbud: Volume-

Note: Volume controls are not available in Mono Mode.

Calling

• Press (x1): Answer / End call
• Press and hold (1s): Reject call

Voice Assistant

• Triple click (x3): Activate Siri / other voice control software. Ensure your mobile device supports this function.

Charging

Note: Charge the charging case before first use. Place earbuds in the case for charging. Clean charging pins regularly.

(1) Charging the Earbuds:

Earbuds charge automatically when placed in the charging case.

Earbud status indicator:

• Solid White: Charging
• Off: Fully charged

(2) Battery LED Indicator:

LED indicators on the case show battery level when earbuds are inserted.

LED Indicators:

• 4 LEDs: 75-100%
• 3 LEDs: 50-75%
• 2 LEDs: 25-50%
• 1 LED: 0-25%

(3) Charging the Case:

Use the included USB charging cable and a 5V adapter (not included). White LEDs blink while charging and turn solid when fully charged.

Reset

Reset earbuds if stereo mode is not working or sound is only on one side.

1. Clear "T3" from your device's Bluetooth list and turn off Bluetooth.
2. Pick up both earbuds and long press power keys for 5 seconds to turn them off.
3. Press and hold power keys for 15 seconds until "RESET" voice prompt is heard from both earbuds.
4. Place both earbuds in the charging case and wait 10 seconds.
5. Turn on both earbuds, keeping them within 5cm of each other during the process for stereo mode.

FAQ

Q: Will there be latency when watching a video from your laptop or cell phone?

A: Latency depends on earbuds, phone, and apps. Bluetooth 5.0 and high-sensitivity antenna minimize latency on iOS devices. Android and Windows devices may experience slight latency in some apps, but it's minimal when watching videos on YouTube.

Q: Why does signal interruption occur in some places, such as along railway, in airport?

A: Interference from cables and other electronic devices in such locations can cause signal interruption. Using a Bluetooth mouse while connected to a PC may also cause interference. If earbuds cut out frequently, contact Tranya support.

Q: Why can't the earbuds power on/off automatically?

A: The charging case battery may be low. Charge the case and try again.
