Important Notes

- Before using Rimor wireless earbuds, please charge both the case and earbuds.
- When connecting the earbuds to a new device, ensure they are not connected with any other devices.
- We provide 3 pairs of ear tips (one pair installed on the earbuds). Select the best fit for different occasions.
- A key to sound quality in any earbud is the FIT of rubber ear tips to the listener. An improper fit can result in a loss of 30-75% of the sound quality.
- If the earbuds frequently cut in and out during routine use, it may indicate a defective item. Contact Tranya for assistance within 8 hours.

Connect Settings
Step 1: Power on
The earbuds will power on AUTOMATICALLY when you remove them from the charging case, with a voice prompt of “POWER ON”. Alternatively, press the power keys on both earbuds for up to 3 seconds to turn them on manually.

B: Press power key for 3 seconds
Step 2: Pairing
When both earbuds are on, they will connect to each other AUTOMATICALLY with a voice prompt of "Du Du" from each earbud. Once connected, one earbud will automatically enter pairing mode with a voice prompt of “PAIRING”.
L/R: Left/Right Earbud

Step 3: Connected
Search and select "Rimor" on your smartphone to complete the setup. You will hear a "CONNECTED" voice prompt from the left or right earbud.

Step 4: Power off
Return the earbuds to the charging case or press the power key on either earbud for up to 5 seconds to turn them off manually.
A: Return earbuds to case
B: Press power key for 5 seconds
Note: For "Mono Mode", keep only one earbud in the charging case at any time. In Mono Mode, the left or right earbud functions as a separate item.
Controls
Audio Playing
- Press (x1): Play / Pause
- Press and hold (Right earbud, up to 2s): Next track
- Press and hold (Left earbud, up to 2s): Previous Track
- Double press (Right earbud): Volume+
- Double press (Left earbud): Volume -
Note: Volume control is not available for Mono Mode.
Calling
- Press (x1): Answer/End call
- Press and hold (2s): Reject call
Voice Assistant
- Triple click (either earbud): Activate Siri / other voice control software
Note: Ensure your mobile device supports this function.
Charging
(1) Charging the Earbuds:
The earbuds will charge automatically when returned to the charging case.
(2) Charging the Case:
Use a 5V adapter (not included) to charge the case. The white LED indicators blink while charging and remain solid when fully charged.
Earbud status indicator:
- Steady white: Charging
- Off: Fully charged
Battery LED Indicator
Check battery status by performing one of the following actions:
- Place the earbud back into the case.
- The four LED indicators correspond to different battery levels:
0-25% •
25-50% • •
50-75% • • •
75-100% • • • •
Note: Charge the charging case before first use. Place earbuds in the case before charging. Clean charging pins regularly to prevent poor connection.
FAQ
Q: Will there be latency when watching a video from your laptop or cell phone?
A: Video latency depends on the earbuds, phone, and apps. Latency is hardly noticed on iOS devices. On Android and Windows devices, latency may be noticeable in some apps but performs well on YouTube.
Q: Why does signal interruption occur in some places, such as along railway, in airport?
A: This is generally due to electromagnetic interference from cables in such locations. If earbuds frequently cut in and out, contact Tranya for assistance.
Q: Why can't the earbuds power on/off automatically?
A: If the charging case battery is low, the earbuds cannot power on/off automatically. Charge the case and try again.
