Product Overview

The Petlibro Dockstream is an automatic pet fountain with a wireless pump and a 2.5L water capacity. It is designed to provide pets with a continuous supply of fresh and clean drinking water.

Safety Precautions

• Dispose of packaging materials properly. Keep plastic bags away from children and pets to prevent suffocation.
• Do not allow children to play with the fountain.
• Supervise children when the device is in use.
• Do not use the fountain with pets unable to reach the water tray or those with physical disabilities.
• Do not place foreign objects in the water tank.
• Do not disassemble the fountain except as instructed in this manual.
• Use the fountain only for its intended purpose.
• Only use accessories recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
• Do not modify the fountain.
• Do not use any device if it malfunctions or is damaged. Contact customer service for assistance.
• Disconnect the power supply when the device is not in use.
• Disconnect the power before maintenance and cleaning.
• Always unplug the device when not in use, before attaching or removing parts, and before cleaning.
• The power adapter and cord plug must not get wet during cleaning.
• This product is intended for indoor use only.
• The product cannot operate without water.
• Never pull the power cord to unplug the plug from the wall socket.
• If the device plug gets wet, turn off the power to the wall socket. Do not attempt to unplug the plug.
• Check the device after installation. Do not plug in if there is water on the contact points or plug.
• To avoid tripping, always place the power cord away from foot traffic.
• Do not use the device in a bathroom.
• Replace the filter at least every 2 weeks or when the flow rate decreases significantly. For multiple cats, more frequent replacement may be necessary if filters become clogged.
• Do not place any parts of the device in a dishwasher, as this may cause deformation.
• CAUTION: Do not allow pets to chew or swallow any parts. If concerned about the power cord, use a cord protector.
• If an extension cord is necessary, use one with appropriate parameters.
• Do not install or store the fountain in places exposed to weather or temperatures below 0°C / 40°F.
• Read and follow all important notices on the fountain and packaging.

How to Use

1. Soak the filter in clean water for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with tap water.
2. Note: The filter must be fully saturated before turning on the fountain; otherwise, water may not flow smoothly through the filter and may cause spillage. Do not immerse the filter in the fountain's water tank if the surface is dusty.
3. Insert the foam filter into the water pump groove. Align the pump with the shape of the bottom slot.
4. Note: Ensure the recessed part of the pump aligns with the protruding part of the water tank; otherwise, the pump may not be installed stably.
5. Attach the silicone tube to the pump. Add water to the tank.
6. Install the water tray and secure the latch covers. Note: Pass the water tube through the hole in the water tray, and secure the latch covers of the water tray; otherwise, they will loosen.
7. Install the soaked filter. Note: Ensure the water tube hole passes through the filter hole.
8. Attach the filter cover. Whether to install the spout depends on the pet's drinking preference.
9. Connect the power adapter.
10. Install the water tank with the tank base, aligning the protruding hole of the water tank with the tank base.

Maintenance Instructions

1. Replace the filter and foam filter at least every 2 weeks.
2. Clean the pump and fountain every 2 weeks.

How to clean the pump

1. Remove the foam filter, pump cover, and impeller cover in order.
2. Note: The foam filter significantly impacts water output, so it should be cleaned frequently and replaced during pump cleaning.
3. Remove the impeller using the brush hook.
4. Clean the parts with water using the brush.

Tip: The brush can also be used to clean the spout. It is recommended to clean the spout every 2 weeks.
