Getting Started
Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble the fountain:
- Soak the filter in a bowl of clean water for five minutes, then rinse it thoroughly under running water.
- Install the filter into the fountain and then install the fountain components.
- Route the power cable through one of the cable slots on the underside of the fountain for accurate water level monitoring.
Powering On/Off
To Power On: Connect the fountain with the power adapter and power cable to an electrical outlet.
To Power Off: Unplug the power cable from the electrical outlet.
App Control
Monitor and control your pet fountain using the PETLIBRO app.
- Download and install the PETLIBRO app from your device's app store.
- Follow the in-app instructions to connect the fountain to your Wi-Fi network.

Reset Button
Reset Button: Once the fountain is connected to Wi-Fi, press and hold the button for six seconds to reset the Wi-Fi settings. The fountain will enter network configuration mode.
