Tips for Use
For economical and pleasant use, follow these tips:
- Set a suitable room temperature. Extreme temperatures can be detrimental to health and waste electricity.
- Clean the air filters frequently. Clogged filters reduce efficiency.
- Avoid direct sunlight and drafts. Close curtains or blinds during cooling and keep windows and doors closed during ventilation.
- Adjust the airflow direction properly for even temperature distribution.
- Use the timer function to operate the unit only when necessary.
- Keep heat sources away from the unit.

Maintenance and Care
Before Maintenance
Always cut off the power supply before performing any maintenance.
- Do not spill liquid on the unit.
- Do not touch the aluminum fins of the heat exchanger.
- Use a stable object (like a ladder) when accessing panels or filters.
- Avoid using hot water (over 40°C), gasoline, thinner, or abrasive cleaners, as they can deform or damage the unit.
Cleaning the Air Filter
Frequency: Once every 15 days (standard).
- Open the air inlet panel.
- Remove the filter.
- Clean the filter with warm water (approx. 30°C) and dry it thoroughly.
- Reinstall the filter.
Cleaning the Unit
Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth or use a vacuum cleaner. For heavy dirt, use a cloth dampened with warm water.
Seasonal Maintenance
- End of Season: Run ventilation for 2-3 hours to dry the interior. Stop the unit, cut off power, clean filters, clean indoor/outdoor units, and remove remote control batteries.
- Start of Season: Ensure the earth cable is connected, check for corrosion on the outdoor unit, ensure no obstacles block airflow, turn on power, and insert remote batteries.
Air Cleaning Filter (Hypoallergenic Filter)
Replace the filter approximately once a year, or sooner if it cannot be cleaned effectively. Mount with the orange side facing forward.
Installation Procedure
Ensure proper installation to prevent operational issues and noise:
- Do not place obstacles near the indoor unit air inlet.
- Avoid locations with flammable gas leaks or oil splashes.
- Install the unit at least 1 meter away from TVs or radios to prevent interference.
- Ensure the unit is installed on a surface that can support its weight and minimize vibration.
- Choose a location where airflow and noise do not disturb neighbors.
- Keep the outdoor unit's air inlet and outlet clear of obstructions.
Troubleshooting
Before Calling for Service
Check the following points:
- Is the power plug properly inserted? Is the circuit breaker tripped or fuse blown?
- Is the timer set to ON?
- Are the air filters clean?
- Is the set temperature appropriate?
- Are windows and doors closed? Is there direct sunlight or unusual heat sources in the room?
- Are there too many people in the room?
If the problem persists after checking these points, unplug the unit and contact your dealer.
Auto-Diagnosis
The unit has a self-diagnosis function indicated by blinking RUN and TIMER lights. Refer to the manual for specific error codes (e.g., sensor errors, fan motor errors, refrigerant issues, communication errors).
Declarations of Conformity
The product conforms to relevant EU and GB directives, including Machinery Directive and Supply of Machinery Regulations, and complies with standards such as EN 60335-1 and EN 60335-2-40.
