The receiver uses RF wireless digit emission technique for bi-unique controlled operation. Coincident code rate is less than one millionth. Emitter and receiver must be sent back to the factory for maintenance if damaged.

The receiver can be controlled by the emitter from any angle within a prescriptive space, unrestricted by direction. The memory function saves the status (light and direction) when power is turned off and resumes upon reload.

Function Instruction of Emitter (Remote Control)

⚠️ WARNING: Chemical Burn Hazard. Keep batteries away from children. This product contains a lithium button/coin cell battery. If swallowed or enters the body, it can cause severe internal burns and lead to death in as little as 2 hours. Always secure the battery compartment. If it does not close securely, stop using the product, remove batteries, and keep away from children. Seek immediate medical attention if batteries are suspected to have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body.

Cells shall be disposed of properly, keeping them away from children. Even used cells may cause injury.

Kindly Reminders

  1. If the emitter cannot control the fan, use the learning code matching mode between emitter and receiver. Turn power ON within 30 seconds and press the emitter's “X” button for 5 seconds. A long sound "bee" indicates successful learning. (Learning mode is not accepted after power has been ON for 30 seconds).
  2. If the emitter cannot control the receiver, check the battery's connection, polarity, and charge level.
  3. Check for other similar remote-controlled products nearby that might operate on the same frequency and cause interference.
  4. Low battery voltage can affect emitter sensitivity and signal reception. The indicator light will flash when the battery is low. Replace the battery.
  5. Remove the battery from the emitter when not in use for a long time.
  6. Maximum load for lighting is specified in the "POWER PARAMETER LIST".
  7. Connect the ground wire correctly; otherwise, it may cause the light to micro-light or flash.
  8. When installing the fan, ensure the ceiling cover does not press the antenna or other wires to avoid breakdown and short-circuiting.

Troubleshooting Guide

Table of Contents

Please refer to the instruction sheet for detailed directions and descriptions of installation steps and requirements.

1. FAN / REMOTE IS NOT WORKING

2. THE FAN IS NOISY

3. THE FAN WOBBLES

Verify all blades and blade bracket screws are secure, as most wobble problems are caused by loose parts. After proper installation, run the fan for 10 minutes to allow it to self-adjust.

If wobble occurs after 10 minutes, verify blade level:

⚠️ WARNING: To reduce the risk of personal injury, do not bend the blade arm while installing, balancing blades, or cleaning the fan. Do not insert foreign objects between rotating fan blades.

4. LIGHT IS NOT WORKING

After Installation

Wobble

Fan blades have been adjusted at the factory to minimize wobble.

NOTE: Ceiling fans tend to move during operation due to the rubber grommet mounting. Rigid mounting would cause excess vibration. Movement of a few centimeters is acceptable and does not indicate a problem.

To reduce fan wobble: Check that all screws securing the mounting bracket and downrod are secure.

Balancing a Wobbling Ceiling Fan

  1. Check that all blade and blade arm screws are secure.
  2. Most wobbling problems are caused by unequal blade levels. Check this by selecting a point on the ceiling above the tip of one blade. Measure this distance. Rotate the fan until the next blade is positioned and repeat the measurement. The distance deviation should be within 1/8 inch (0.32 cm).
  3. If blade wobble is still noticeable, interchanging two adjacent blades can redistribute weight and improve operation.

⚠️ WARNING: To reduce the risk of personal injury, do not bend the blade arm while installing, balancing blades, or cleaning the fan. Do not insert foreign objects between rotating fan blades.

Noise

Occasional small noises may be heard, especially at night. This is normal. Allow a 24-hour "breaking-in" period, as most noises associated with a new fan disappear during this time.

Care and Cleaning

  1. Periodic cleaning is the only maintenance required. Use a soft brush or lint-free cloth to avoid scratching the paint finish. Turn off electricity power before cleaning.
  2. Do not use water when cleaning the fan, as it could damage the motor or blades and create an electrical shock hazard.
  3. The motor has permanently lubricated ball bearings and requires no oil.

NOTE: Ensure power is OFF at the electrical panel box before attempting any cleaning or repairs.
