Product Overview

This document provides assembly instructions for the YITAHOME DGWD-V1 Coffee Table.

Notice:

Follow the installation instructions. Please confirm all accessories are preset before installation.
Do not fully tighten the screws during initial assembly. Fully tighten screws only once all pieces are correctly assembled.
If you encounter any problems during installation, please contact YITAHOME customer service.

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach Part 2 (x1) and Part 9 (x2) to the side panels using hardware A (x22) and B (x4).

Step 2

Attach Part 7 (x1) to the base structure using hardware C (x4) and B (x4). Ensure unfinished edges face inwards.

Step 3

Attach Part 5 (x1) to the base structure using hardware C (x4) and B (x4). Ensure unfinished edges face inwards.

Step 4

Attach the two Part 8 (x2) panels to the sides using hardware C (x4) and B (x4). Ensure unfinished edges face inwards.

Step 5

Attach Part 8 (x2) panels to the sides using hardware C (x4) and B (x4). Ensure unfinished edges face inwards.

Step 6

Attach Part 4 (x1) to the top of the structure using hardware C (x8), D (x12), and H (x1). Note: The grain direction of Part 4 must be parallel to Part 8.

Step 7

Secure the top panel (Part 4) using hardware A (x8).

Step 8

Attach the support rails Part 9 (x2) and Part 10 (x2) using hardware J (x4), I (x4), and H (x1).

Step 9

Attach the support rails Part 9 (x2) and Part 10 (x2) using hardware B (x2). Please take note of the curved directions of parts 9 & 10.

Step 10

Attach the support rails Part 9 (x2) and Part 10 (x2) using hardware B (x2).

Step 11

Attach the top structure using hardware C (x8) and B (x8). Note: Panels 8 and 9 should be installed on the same surface.

Step 12

Secure the top structure using hardware I (x4) and H (x1).

Step 13

Flip the unit 180 degrees. Attach the base supports using hardware X (x16) and K (x4).

Step 14

Flip the unit 180 degrees. Attach the base supports using hardware X (x16) and K (x4).

Step 15

Attach Part 3 (x1) using hardware F (x6) and L (x2). Ensure holes are aligned.

Step 16

Attach Part 2 (x1) using hardware F (x6). Ensure holes are aligned.

Step 17

Attach the tabletop (Part 3) using hardware C (x2) and B (x2). Note: Keep the fold of Part 3 in the middle of the tabletop.

Step 18

Secure the tabletop using hardware J (x2), I (x4), and H (x1).

Step 19

Attach the lid hinges using hardware M (x1) and F (x4). Spin it 180 degrees after the previous step.

Step 20

Attach the lid hinges using hardware M (x1) and F (x4). Spin it 180 degrees after the previous step.

Step 21

Install the lifting mechanism using Part 1 (x1), G (x8), O (x1), and P (x1). Tips: It's easier to install this lifting mechanism by loosening one screw of the hydraulic rod. The side of part O/P with 4 holes and the flat side of panel 1 should be on the same side.

Step 22

Attach the lifting mechanism components using hardware I (x12) and H (x1). CAUTION: Heavy! You may need assistance with this step.

Step 23

Assemble the support bar using hardware Q (x1), R (x2), S (x4), V (x1), and U (x4). Note: Be careful not to tighten the screws too much, as it may cause misalignment with the installation holes later.

Step 24

Attach the assembled support bar to the table using hardware Q (x1), T (x4), and U (x4). After this step, reinforce all the screws on the lifting mechanism. Stick stickers (E) on cam locks (B).
