Get started
Activate your device
A physical SIM card is not needed for activation. Your new device has an eSIM, which is built into the device. To activate the eSIM, power on the device and follow the prompts. For activation assistance, please contact Verizon at 1-800-922-0204.
Charge your device
Use the included USB Type-C 3A cable and a USB Type-C adapter (sold separately). Use only Samsung approved charging devices and accessories. Damage caused by unapproved accessories may not be covered by warranty.

Turn the device on
Press and hold the Side button for a few seconds.
Set up your device
Scan the code
Scan the provided QR code or visit kaywa.me/switchtogalaxy for more information on how to switch from your old device.
Start using your new device
Follow the on-screen prompts. The device may display "Welcome!" and prompt for "Start", "Emergency call", or "Accessibility" options.

FCC Part 15 Information and Notices

FCC Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC)

HAC for newer technologies: This phone is tested for some wireless technologies with hearing aids. Newer technologies may not yet be tested. ANSI standard for HAC: Tested to ANSI C63.19-2019. Devices are either HAC-compliant or not. Conversational gain is tested with and without hearing aids; the listed gain is the lowest found.
Emergency Calls
Emergency calls may not be possible on all networks or when certain features are in use. Check with local service providers. Deactivate features like call blocking if needed for emergency calls.
