Samsung Shinebright Promotion - Terms and Conditions (ROI)

Introduction

Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion at https://samsungoffers.claims/shinebrightlE form part of the Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter

The Promoter is Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0RS.

Promotion Period

The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (BST) on the 4th June 2025 and close at 23:59 (BST) on the 24th June 2025.

Eligibility

1. To be eligible, participants must be a legal resident (aged 18+) of the Republic of Ireland or a company registered in the Republic of Ireland.
2. Employees or agents of the Promoter involved in the operation of this Promotion or anyone professionally connected to it are not eligible. Sales staff at Participating Retailers are eligible if they have not received a staff discount on the Promotion Product.
3. Network providers, retailers, distributors, resellers, and persons purchasing a Promotion Product for resale or not as the end-user are ineligible.
4. Participants must register for or login to a Samsung Account when submitting their Claim. Except for purchases from SKY, all Promotion Products must be purchased SIM-free to be eligible for Rewards.

Offer

Samsung offers participants the chance to claim a corresponding cashback or gift reward by redeeming when they purchase a qualifying new selected Samsung product from a participating retailer within the Promotion Period. Gift Rewards include either a Tab S10 Ultra Slim Book Cover Keyboard for purchases of a SIM-free Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, or a Galaxy Watch7 for purchases of a SIM-free Galaxy S24, S24 FE or A56 5G. Full details of all Rewards are provided in Table 1.

Purchases from auction websites (e.g. eBay) or from third party sellers on online retailers' websites (e.g. Amazon Marketplace) are excluded. Purchases from Amazon.co.uk must be sold and dispatched by Amazon UK or Amazon EU Sarl UK branch directly.

Rewards are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Samsung may substitute a Reward with another of equivalent value at its own discretion.

Claims

1. After purchasing a Promotion Product, participants must visit https://samsungoffers.claims/shinebrightlE to complete the Claim form.
2. The form requires name, contact information, Promotion Product serial number or IMEI1 (with a photo from device settings if requested), and delivery address (for Gift Rewards).
3. A scanned copy of the proof of purchase must be submitted with the Claim.
4. Claims must be submitted between one (1) and thirty (30) days after the date of purchase. The final claim date for purchases made on 24th June 2025 is no later than 23:59 (BST) on 23rd July 2025.
5. Maximum of one (1) Reward per Promotion Product purchased, and a maximum of four (4) Rewards per household, and a maximum of ten (10) Rewards per Company Participants.
6. Participants will receive an email to confirm their Claim has been received. Claims may take up to seven (7) days for validation, after which an email will confirm if the Claim is successful.
7. If an acknowledgement email is not received, participants must contact the Promoter's customer service team by email at shinebright@samsungoffers.claims or by phone on 1800 901 763 within seven (7) days of submitting a Claim.
8. Incorrectly submitted Claims will be notified via email and SMS, with an opportunity to provide missing information within seven (7) days. Failure to respond will result in the Claim being marked as invalid.
9. Incomplete or damaged Claims will be deemed invalid.
10. Rewards will be dispatched via recorded delivery within forty-five (45) days of the Claim being validated.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify Claims that do not comply with the Terms and Conditions.
12. The Promoter may require further verification for proof of purchase, identity, age, and other relevant details to protect against fraudulent or invalid Claims. Participants linked to fraudulent claims or abuse of terms on previous promotions will be unable to participate.
13. If a Promotion Product is returned before submitting a Claim, the participant must not make a Claim. If returned after submitting a Claim, the Claim will be invalid, and the participant must cancel the Claim immediately. Samsung may check with Participating Retailers regarding product returns.
14. Disputes regarding Gift Reward delivery must be raised no later than 30 days from the date the despatch notification was sent.

Privacy and Data Protection

The Promoter's use of personal information is limited to communications about the Promotion and managing the redemption process. Participants consent to this use and agree with the Promoter's privacy policy available at www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html. Consent can be withdrawn by writing to the Promoter or using the opt-out process in the privacy policy.

Information provided by the Participant will not be used for any other purpose or passed to any third party, other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

General

The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion due to force majeure or other factors beyond its control.

The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions in accordance with relevant legislation and codes of practice.

The Promoter is not responsible or liable for: submission failures due to transmission issues, late/lost/misrouted/damaged transmissions or Claims, computer/communications malfunctions, disruptions/losses/damages caused by events beyond its control, or printing/typographical errors.

Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes and costs not stated in the Terms and Conditions.

By participating, participants agree to release and hold the Promoter harmless from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, including awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the Reward. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by the Promoter's negligence.

The Promotion is governed by the law of the Republic of Ireland.
