Installation
Connect the included cable to a free USB port on your computer. Allow approximately 15 seconds for the drivers to install completely.
The mouse comes with software for advanced features. Download and install it from www.genesis-zone.com.
- Open the installation folder.
- Double-click the
setup.exe
file. - Follow the on-screen instructions to install the program.
- After successful installation, the software icon will appear on the system tray. Double-click it to access the settings interface.
Connection Modes
Wired Mode
Move the switch on the bottom of the mouse to the USB|OFF
position.
Connect the cable to a free USB port on your computer.
Tip: Wired mode allows simultaneous use of the mouse and charging the battery.
Wireless Mode
Pairing a New Device (Bluetooth)
- Move the switch on the bottom of the mouse to the
BT
position. - Enable Bluetooth on the device you wish to pair with the mouse.
- Use the channel selection button on the bottom of the mouse to select channel
BT1
orBT2
. - Simultaneously press and hold the left button, scroll wheel, and right button for approximately 5 seconds to enter pairing mode. The LED indicator will flash rapidly.
- On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and select the "Zircon 660" mouse from the list.
- Once pairing is successful, the mouse's LED will stop flashing.
- The mouse is now ready for use.
Connecting to a Previously Paired Device
- Turn on Bluetooth on the device previously paired with the mouse.
- Switch the mouse to
BT
mode or wake it from hibernation. - The mouse will automatically connect to the device.
Connecting via USB Receiver
- Turn on your computer or other compatible device.
- Move the switch on the bottom of the mouse to the
2.4G
position. - Connect the receiver to a free USB port on your computer.
- The operating system will automatically install the necessary drivers.
- The mouse is ready for use.
Notes:
- The device features intelligent energy management. Press any button to wake the mouse from hibernation (sleep) mode.
- An ON/OFF switch is included to conserve battery power when the mouse is not in use for extended periods.
Tip: For optimal wireless performance and reduced latency, connect the USB receiver as close as possible to the mouse, ensuring no obstructions interfere with the wireless signal.
Functionality
DPI Switch
Briefly press the DPI switch to change the sensor resolution. The LED indicator will flash three times in the previously set color to indicate the selected DPI level, then return to showing the battery level.
Charging the Battery
Connect the included USB-C cable to the mouse.
Plug the USB connector into a suitable power source (max. output DC 5V 0.5A).
During charging, the LED indicator will pulsate in a color corresponding to the battery level.
Note: The DPI indicator will flash when the battery level is critically low.
Caution: If the mouse is not used for an extended period, charge the battery every 3 months. Long-term storage with a low battery level or using chargers exceeding 5V 0.5A may damage the battery.
