System Requirements

The Genesis Seaborg 400 is compatible with the following systems:

• PC: Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10
• Microsoft: Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Xbox 360
• Sony: PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4
• Nintendo: Switch

A USB port is required for connection to PC or consoles.

Installation and Connection

Follow these steps to connect your steering wheel:

PC Connection

1. Connect the pedal set cable (1) to the socket on the wheel base (2).
2. Connect the wheel's USB cable (4) to a free USB port on your PC.
3. The wheel is now ready for use.

Console Connections

Nintendo Switch:

• Important: Enable PRO controller support in your console's settings before connecting.
• Connect the wheel's USB cable to a free USB port on the Switch docking station (with the console docked).
• Alternatively, use a TYPE-C adapter (not included) to connect the wheel directly to the console.
• Power on the console.
• The wheel will automatically configure the connection. A solid red LED indicates completion.

PlayStation 3:

• Connect the wheel's USB cable to a free USB port on the PS3 console.
• Power on the console.
• The wheel will automatically configure the connection. A solid red LED indicates completion.

PlayStation 4:

• Connect the wheel's USB cable to a free USB port on the PS4 console.
• Power on the console.
• Connect the wheel via USB cable* to your PS4 controller**. The controller must be turned off. Controller connection is mandatory for the wheel to function.
• After connection, the LED indicator will turn solid red.

Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Xbox 360:

• Connect the wheel's USB cable to a free USB port on the Xbox console.
• Power on the console.
• Connect the wheel via USB cable* to your Xbox controller**. The controller must be turned off. Controller connection is mandatory for the wheel to function***.
• After connection, the LED indicator will turn solid red.

* USB cable for console connection may not be included.

** Original controller is recommended but not always required. Functionality with third-party controllers is not guaranteed.

*** A wired controller is required for Xbox 360.

Mode Switching (X-Input / D-Input)

To switch between X-Input and D-Input modes on PC:

• With the wheel connected to the PC, press and hold the MODE button for 3 seconds.
• The red LED will turn solid to indicate the change is complete.

Wheel Settings

Sensitivity Setup

• Press the PROG button; the red LED will start blinking.
• For high sensitivity, press ↑ on the D-pad.
• For medium sensitivity, press ← on the D-pad.
• For low sensitivity, press ↓ on the D-pad.

Turn Radius Setup

• To change the maximum steering angle, use the mode switch. The left position selects 900-degree mode, and the right position selects 270-degree mode.

Customizing Turn Radius

To adjust the effective steering radius:

1. Set the mode switch to the 900-degree position.
2. Press the PROG button; the red LED will start blinking.
3. Turn the wheel to your desired angle (minimum 60°) and hold it.
4. Press the OPTIONS button to confirm.
5. * This setting affects the signal transmission, not the wheel's physical turning range.

Button Programming

Buttons ABXY, L1, L2, R1, and R2 (BASE buttons) can be assigned to the paddle shifters, throttle, brake, L3, and R3 (FUNCTION buttons).

Programming Buttons

1. Press the PROG button; the red LED will blink rapidly.
2. Press the desired FUNCTION button; the red LED will blink slower.
3. Press the desired BASE button; its default function will be assigned to the FUNCTION button. The red LED will turn solid.

Programming Pedals and Paddles as Y-Axis

1. Press the PROG button; the red LED will blink rapidly.
2. Press → on the D-pad; the red LED will turn solid.

Clearing Single Button Assignment

1. Press the PROG button; the red LED will blink rapidly.
2. Press the desired FUNCTION button; the red LED will blink slower.
3. Press the same FUNCTION button again; the red LED will turn solid, restoring the button's default function.

Clearing All Button Assignments

1. Press the PROG button; the red LED will blink rapidly.
2. Press and hold the OPTIONS button for 4 seconds.
