48V 800W Electric Trike Fast Installation

1. Assemble Seat

Press the button and choose a comfortable position, then lock it.

2. Install Front Wheel

Connect the pedestal with the front wheel and use the screw to fix it.

3. Motor Plug Connecting

First, connect the two motor plugs. Note: Ensure you connect the correct plugs to avoid short-circuiting the motor.

4. Install Pole

Fix the middle pole. Use the allen wrench to secure the screw. Screw the lock to finalize the pole installation.

5. Install Basket

Fix the basket and screw it in place at the top part. Then, fix the basket and screw it at the bottom part.

6. Install the Battery Box

Due to the battery box's weight, it may be packed separately. First, fix the battery box onto the device, and then screw it in on the side.

7. Install the Brake Cable

Move the brake cable from the front to the rear, passing it through the bottom. Install the brake on the left and right sides. Cross the brake cable through the hole of the disc brake. Move the brake cable around the screw and tighten it. Note: All brakes have been adjusted; do not revise them.

8. Install the Fender

Secure the fender by tightening the screws.

9. Charge Port

The charge port is located on the side of the battery box.
