Pairing Earbuds

Upon powering on, the headphones will automatically enter pairing mode. Search for and select "QCY H2 Pro" on your mobile device to pair. If the headphones have been previously connected, they will automatically connect to the last connected device. To perform a new pairing, turn off the headphones and press and hold the MF button for 4 seconds.

• Power On: Press and hold the MF button for 2 seconds. The LED will flash red and white.

Multi-device Connection (Max. 2 devices)

Connect the headphones to device A, then turn off Bluetooth on device A. The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode (LED flashes red and white). Search for and select "QCY H2 Pro" on device B to pair. Turn on Bluetooth on device A again to reconnect it to the headphones.

Factory Reset

To reset the headphones to factory settings: turn on the headphones, then press and hold the volume "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds, or until the LED flashes red 5 times. The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode.

LED Indicator

• Connected: LED flashes white every 10 seconds.
• BASS Mode: Solid white LED.
• Charging: Solid red LED.
• Fully Charged: Solid white LED.

Connect to a computer or power adapter (5V/1A) for charging.

Functions

• Power On: Press and hold the MF button for 2 seconds.
• Power Off: Press and hold the MF button for 4 seconds.
• Answer/End Call: Press the MF button.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the MF button for 1.5 seconds.
• Previous Track: Press and hold Volume - for 1 second.
• Next Track: Press and hold Volume + for 1 second.
• Volume Up: Quickly press Volume +.
• Volume Down: Quickly press Volume -.
• Voice Assistant: Double-press the MF button.
• Play/Pause: Press the MF button.
• BASS Mode: Press the BASS button.
• Gaming Mode: Triple-press the MF button.

The QCY product is covered by a limited 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please keep your fiscal receipt. In case of problems attributable to manufacturing defects within the warranty period, go to an authorized retailer with the receipt and warranty card for a free replacement.

Safety Precautions
