Overview
The QCY H3 Pro are over-ear Bluetooth noise-cancelling headphones designed for immersive audio experiences. They feature an adjustable slider and a foldable bracket for portability and comfort.
The headphones feature a feedforward microphone, a multi-function button (MFB), volume control buttons (Vol +/-), a Type-C charging port, a 3.5mm AUX audio port, an ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) button, and an LED indicator light.
Getting Started
How to Connect
To connect your QCY H3 Pro headphones to a device:
- Power on the headphones. They will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your phone or device, search for "QCY H3 Pro" in the Bluetooth settings and tap to connect.
- If the headphones have a previous connection record, they will automatically reconnect to the last paired device.
- To re-enter pairing mode, power off the headphones and then press and hold the MFB for 4 seconds.
This process involves powering on the headphones and then searching for "QCY H3 Pro" on the device's Bluetooth menu.
Factory Reset
To reset the headphones to factory settings:
- Ensure the headphones are powered on.
- Press and hold both the Volume + and Volume - buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds, or until the LED indicator blinks red 3 times.
- The headphones will then enter pairing mode.
Multi-Point Connection
The QCY H3 Pro supports connecting to two devices simultaneously. This feature is disabled by default and can be enabled via the QCY APP.
- Connect the headphones to Device A.
- Turn off Bluetooth on Device A. The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode (LED blinks red and white).
- On Device B, search for "QCY H3 Pro" and tap to connect.
- Once connected to Device B, turn on Bluetooth on Device A again and connect to the headphones.

Charging
Connect the headphones to a computer or a 5V 1A USB power adapter using the provided charging cable.
Functions
Button Operations
- Power-on: Press and hold the MFB for approximately 2 seconds.
- Power-off: Press and hold the MFB for approximately 4 seconds.
- Answer/end call: Single press the MFB.
- Ignore call: Press and hold the MFB for approximately 2 seconds.
- Skip track backward: Press and hold the Vol- button for approximately 1 second.
- Skip track forward: Press and hold the Vol+ button for approximately 1 second.
- Volume up: Single press the Vol+ button.
- Volume down: Single press the Vol- button.
- Playback/pause: Single press the MFB.
- Low-latency mode: Double press the MFB.
- Voice assistant: Triple press the MFB.
- ANC Modes: Single press the ANC Button to cycle through ANC-ON, ANC-OFF, and Transparency modes. When ANC is ON, double press the ANC Button to enable or disable Adaptive ANC.
Warranty and Support
Your QCY product is covered by a one-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery. Please retain your purchase receipt for service. Defects due to quality issues within the warranty period are eligible for repair, replacement, or return (within 7 days), or replacement (within 15 days), or repair (within 12 months), as per the terms and conditions.
The manufacturer's warranty is void under circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Improper or inadequate maintenance or modification.
- Accident, misuse, abuse, contamination, or other external causes.
- Use of unspecified adapters and accessories.
- Malfunctions or damages resulting from natural disasters (earthquakes, lightning, abnormal voltage) or environmental factors.
- Damages resulting from failure to follow the user manual instructions.
