Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. Why does the smart bracelet automatically disconnect Bluetooth when the Android screen goes out?
To prevent disconnection, ensure the following:
- Lock the background APP. If the Da Fit process is cleared by the system, the smart bracelet will disconnect.
- Set the APP to self-startup.
- Allow unrestricted background operation for the app. Android phones may restrict background processes by default, requiring manual configuration.
2. Why cannot the smart bracelet receive message push?
Please verify the following:
- Confirm that the message push switch is turned on within the mobile phone client.
- Ensure messages are displayed normally in the mobile phone's notification bar. Message push to the smart bracelet relies on reading notifications from the phone's notification bar. If no notification appears on the phone, the bracelet will not receive it. (Check mobile phone settings, find notification settings, and turn on notifications for WeChat, QQ, calls, SMS, and the mobile client app).
- On your mobile phone, go to Settings, search for 'Notification use right' in the top search box, and re-open the Da Fit app.
3. Why can't I take a hot bath with the smart bracelet?
Hot bath water has a high temperature and generates significant vapor. The vapor, with its small molecular radius, can easily infiltrate the smart bracelet through shell gaps. When the temperature drops, the vapor condenses into liquid droplets, which can easily cause short circuits inside the smart bracelet, damaging the circuit board and the device itself.
