FAQ

Can't Find the Smart Band or Establish Connection?

Android System:

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is turned on and the Bluetooth sign is visible on the smart band (indicating connection). Place the smart band and your device side-by-side and try to search and connect. Connection is supported on Android 4.4 and above.
  2. If connection still fails, navigate to Settings → Application Management → Authorization Management → Application Access Authorization. Find "Wearfit 2.0", grant all access permissions. Then, go back to Settings, turn on GPS location service, and restart your phone before trying to connect again.

iOS System:

Ensure Bluetooth is turned on. If the Bluetooth sign is not on the smart band (indicating it's not connected), please forget the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings first. Then, go to Settings → Bluetooth → Forget This Device. After this, the APP should be able to detect the smart band.

Smart Band Shows Not Connected or Remaining Battery is 0% After Binding?

The smart band and the device are not connected successfully. Please re-bind the devices.

No Data Shown on APP?

Pull down on the main page to refresh. Data will synchronize and display on the APP. Automatic data synchronization occurs hourly after the initial connection establishment.
