Key Features and Specifications
The Garrett Guide offers an ultra-sensitive response to ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless steel objects, including weapons and contraband.
- Construction: Water resistant, meets IEC 529 IP65 standards. Features a weatherproof microtexture rubber grip for durability, meeting Military Spec. standards for drop tests.
- Sensitivity: 7 selectable sensitivity levels for various security applications.
- Detection Indicators: Switch-selectable vibrate or audio alarms with a bright red LED to indicate metal detection.
- Rechargeable Battery: Includes a rechargeable battery with a USB-C charging port, providing approximately 125 hours of capacity.
- Interference Reduction: 4 offset settings to eliminate walkthrough/handheld interference and a reduced sensitivity switch to eliminate rebar interference. No manual adjustments are required.
- LED Indication: Three-color LED system: Green LED = ON, White LED = STATUS/SENSITIVITY, Red LED = ALARM.
