Immergas Safety Kit with Circulator and Separator (200-250 kW)
Product Code: COD.3.023646
General Information
This document provides technical information for installing the Immergas Safety Kit, which includes a circulator and separator, designed for use with condensing generators. It is crucial to store the material in a dry place protected from the weather. Installation and maintenance must be performed by professionally qualified staff in compliance with current regulations and good technical practices.
Improper installation or assembly of Immergas appliances, components, accessories, kits, or devices can lead to unexpected problems for people, animals, and objects. Always read the instructions provided with the product carefully for correct installation.
Product Overview
The Immergas Safety Kit is designed for use with the entire Ares Tec range of condensing generators (150-900 kW). The primary ring mixing header interfaces optimally with condensing generators that have low water content and a very high modulation ratio.
Kit Components:
- SAFETY kit: Essential safety components.
- Hydraulic balancing circuit: Ensures proper water flow.
- Modulating pump: Controls water flow based on demand.
- Mechanical impurity filtering system: Protects the system from debris.

INAIL Safety Detail Items
Detailed wiring diagram for the INAIL safety components, showing connections to the Boiler Control Module (BCM) if the 'B' terminal block is not present. It specifies how to remove bridges and connect cables to specific terminals (Y2 10, Y2 11) on the BCM and terminal block M2.
Note: If terminal block "B" is absent, connections should be made directly to the BCM as indicated in the diagram. Remove any existing bridges and connect cables as specified (e.g., Y2 10 to terminal block M2, Y2 11 to terminal block M2).
