Step 2: Cable Connection Preparation
Prepare the power cable (type HO5RN-F or U-1000 R2V) for connection.
[Diagram: Shows the end of a flexible cable being prepared for connection.]
Step 3: Select Connection Type
Choose the appropriate connection module based on your system:
- ON/OFF HF: For standard on/off or high-frequency control.
- BP: For basic power or specific control protocols.
- DALI: For Digital Addressable Lighting Interface control.
[Diagram: Illustrates three distinct connection modules labeled ON/OFF HF, BP, and DALI, showing terminal designations like L, N, E, DA/N, DA/L.]
Step 4: Wire Connections
Connect the wires from the power cable to the corresponding terminals on the fixture's internal driver/module. Ensure correct polarity (L - Live, N - Neutral, E - Earth).
[Diagram: Shows wires being inserted into terminal blocks labeled L, N, E, DA/N, DA/L.]
Step 5: Secure Cable Entry
Feed the connected cable through the designated entry point and secure it to prevent strain on the connections.
[Diagram: Shows the power cable being routed through an entry gland and secured.]
Step 6: Mount Fixture Base
Attach the fixture's base plate to the mounting surface (ceiling or wall) using screws (Ø6) and appropriate wall plugs if necessary.
[Diagram: Shows a base plate being fixed to a surface with screws.]
Step 7: Attach Fixture Body
Mount the main body of the Noclip fixture onto the secured base plate. This may involve a click-in mechanism or further securing screws.
[Diagram: Shows the main luminaire body being attached to the base plate.]
Step 8: Final Assembly and Dimensions
Ensure the fixture is securely assembled. The length (L) of the luminaire affects the required cable length for installation:
- For 1200mm luminaires: Recommended cable length is 700mm to 1000mm.
- For 1500mm luminaires: Recommended cable length is 900mm to 1200mm.
