SHINING 3D introduces an innovative ceramic platform designed for superior durability and an enhanced user experience. The AccuFab-CEL offers the flexibility of choosing between small and large ceramic platforms. This platform utilizes a chemically inert and biocompatible ceramic layer, ensuring safety during printing and preventing residues from adhering to printed products, making them non-toxic and safe for intraoral use. The ceramic platform also contributes to improved print quality by minimizing contamination and provides a longer lifespan compared to platforms made from alternative materials.

One-Click Lock Mechanism ✉️

The AccuFab-CEL features an upgraded platform lock, transitioning from a traditional knob to an intuitive one-click lock system for an improved user experience. This mechanism offers two distinct status indicators: On or Off, providing clear visual confirmation and enabling users to initiate printing with ease.

High Accuracy with Uniform Light Board ?

The AccuFab-CEL achieves a remarkable printing accuracy of ±35µm. This precision is facilitated by the uniform distribution of light, a critical element for accurate printing. SHINING 3D has developed advanced "Collimated Programmable Lithography" technology, ensuring that evenly distributed light results in printed models with superior performance and accuracy.

Real-Time Cabin Environment Control ?️

The printer continuously monitors cabin temperature and humidity during printing. These environmental parameters are displayed on the printer's touch screen, providing users with warnings about conditions that could compromise print quality. If the cabin temperature falls below the optimal level, it is automatically heated before printing begins, thereby ensuring accuracy and stability for a higher success rate.

Enhanced Z-Axis Movement System ⬆️

The enhanced Z-Axis movement system provides a quieter printing operation, contributing to a more comfortable and less noisy working environment. The increased speed of this system accelerates the printing process, leading to faster delivery of results to clients.

Six-Core CPU Mainboard with 5G Hz Connectivity ⚙️

The six-core CPU mainboard supports 5G Hz connectivity, ensuring the long-term performance and reliability of the AccuFab-CEL. Its proprietary CPU offers exceptional throughput for data-intensive tasks, enabling rapid and efficient processing during the slicing phase of printing, which directly translates to quicker print completion times.

SHINING Dent offers a comprehensive range of materials tailored for dental 3D printing applications, including splints, dentures, crowns & bridges, dental models, and surgical guides. Currently, 11 distinct resins are available to cater to various user requirements. Furthermore, SHINING 3D collaborates with industry-leading brands in dental materials, providing expanded possibilities and flexibility in material selection. Advanced Printer Software Features ⚙️

Post-Processing Units & Resin Parameter Auto-Match

The Post-Processing Units Auto-Match feature is activated when units are placed near the printer. FabWash & FabCure 2 automatically match the resin after the printing process is finished. Support for third-party materials is also available for streamlined post-processing.

AI Mode

Upon receiving feedback regarding printing issues via the printer's touch screen, the AccuFab-CEL automatically adjusts printing parameters to effectively resolve the problem.

Guided-Levelling Process

The printer software provides an integrated operation guide to assist users through the levelling process.
