Frame Components
The information icon ℹ️ indicates important details. The frame consists of several parts:
- Outer Frame
- Inner Frame / Matting
- Protective Sheet (for glass/picture)
- Glass or Acrylic Panel
- Back Panel
These components are shown disassembled, ready for assembly into the main frame.
Assembly Steps
Step 1: Assembling the Frame Layers
The diagram shows the frame components laid out. An upward arrow ↑ indicates the order of assembly. The back panel is typically placed first, followed by the protective sheet, the picture/glass, the matting, and finally the outer frame is secured.
Step 2: Preparing the Glass/Picture
A hand is shown carefully peeling a protective film from a flat panel, which is likely the glass or acrylic insert for the frame. This ensures a clean surface before insertion.
Step 3: Mounting the Frame
This step details how to attach the frame. Two close-up views illustrate the process:
- The first view shows a mounting slot on the frame and a screw.
- The second view shows Screw (Part No. 107473) being inserted and tightened with a screwdriver (indicated by a circular arrow ?) into the designated slot.
The final image in this step shows the assembled frame, with two screw points visible on the back, indicating where it can be secured.
