ATTENTION! Please read all instructions and advice. Failure to observe them may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury. Keep all safety advice and instructions for future reference.
1. Workplace Safety
- Keep your working area clean and clutter-free. Untidy or poorly lit areas can lead to accidents.
- Do not allow the device to become wet or operate it in a moist environment.
- Keep children and other people away while operating the tool, as distractions can cause loss of control.
- Persons lacking knowledge, experience, or with limited physical/sensory/intellectual capacities must not use the device without supervision. Children must never be allowed to play with the device.
- When not in use, the tool must be placed on its wire stand (6).
2. Electrical Safety
- Ensure the mains plug matches the mains socket and is not modified. Do not use adapter plugs with earthed devices.
- Avoid touching earthed surfaces (pipes, radiators, ovens, refrigerators) to reduce the risk of electric shock.
- Keep the device away from rain or moisture.
- Do not use the mains lead for unintended purposes (carrying, hanging, pulling plug). Keep the lead away from heat, oil, and sharp edges. If the lead is damaged, pull the plug immediately.
- When working outdoors, use extension cables approved for outdoor use.

Operation
Before First Use: Preparing the Glue Site
- Do not use flammable solvents to clean the glue site.
- Ambient and material temperature should be between +5 °C and +50 °C.
- Glue sites must be clean, dry, and free of grease.
- Roughen smooth surfaces before gluing.
- Warm materials prone to rapid cooling (e.g., steel) to improve adhesion.
- Screw on the appropriate nozzle (8) and fit the wire stand (6).
Preparing the Tool for Use
Working with the Mains Lead Connected:
- Connect the mains lead (11) to the glue gun connection (10).
