Device Overview

The device features the following components:

• Power button: Located on the top edge.
• Volume button (+), (-): Located on the side edge.
• Front camera: Located on the front of the device.
• Screen: The main display area.
• Charger / Type-C port: Located on the bottom edge for charging and data transfer.
• SIM card / memory card slot: Located on the side edge for inserting SIM and memory cards.

Battery

The Oukitel RT3 Pro has a built-in 11000mAh battery. You can track your battery status using the icon displayed in the top right corner of the screen. Be careful not to overheat the battery (e.g., in microwave ovens, stoves, radiators, etc.) as it may explode. Use only Oukitel-approved batteries specifically designed for your device. Incompatible batteries can cause serious injuries or damage your device.

Card Management

To ensure your device can make calls, insert the SIM card according to the instructions. First, insert the provided pin into the hole on the side of the device to eject the card tray.

Take out the card tray and insert either two Nano SIM cards or one SIM card and one memory card. Ensure the metal side faces downward. Align the beveled edge of the card slot with the SIM card for a proper fit.

Finally, insert the card tray back into the device.

Instructions for Use

Power On

To power on the device, press and hold the power button for 3 to 5 seconds.

Sending Text Messages and Multimedia Messages

To send a text message: Open the SMS app, select “New Message”, enter a phone number or select an existing contact, type your message in the text field, and tap “Send”.

To send a multimedia message: Follow the steps above, but before sending, select images, videos, or other files by tapping the multimedia icon next to the text field. Then, tap “Send”.

Language Switching

Navigate to Settings > System > Language and Input > Language. Select “Add a Language”, choose your desired language, and then move it to the top position to set it as primary.

Maintenance

• Familiarize yourself with the device's maintenance to ensure safe and effective use and prolong its lifespan.
• If you need to disassemble the device or its accessories, follow the instructions in this user guide and do not attempt it otherwise.
• Avoid dropping, knocking, or shaking your device. Rough handling can cause the screen to crack and damage the internal circuit board and its delicate structure.
• Do not use chemical solvents or detergents to clean the device. Wipe the device case with a soft cotton cloth dampened with water and mild soap.
• Clean the lens and display, and generally all glass-covered surfaces, with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
• When the charger is not in use, unplug it from the power outlet. Do not connect a fully charged battery to the charger for extended periods, as overheating can shorten battery life.

Safety Instructions

To ensure safety during product use, strictly adhere to the following rules:

• Keep the device at least 15 centimeters away from any medical implant or rhythm adjuster and never place it in your chest pocket.
• Do not expose the device or batteries to high temperatures or heat-generating equipment, such as sunlight, heaters, microwave ovens, stoves, or water heaters. Overheating the battery can cause an explosion.
• When charging is complete or the device is not charging, disconnect the charger from the device and unplug it from the outlet.
• If the device has a non-removable battery, do not attempt to replace it yourself to avoid damaging the battery or the device.
• Using an unapproved or incompatible power source, charger, or battery may cause fire, explosion, or other hazards.
• Do not disassemble or short-circuit the battery, insert other objects into the device, or immerse it in water or other liquids to prevent battery leakage, overheating, fire, or explosion.
• Do not drop, crush, scratch, or puncture the battery to avoid subjecting it to excessive external pressure, which could lead to internal short-circuit and overheating.
• The manufacturer is not responsible for accidents caused by non-standard charging equipment.

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased from the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. For repairs or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly and provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.

The following are considered a breach of warranty conditions, for which claims may not be recognized:

• Using the product for a purpose other than its intended use, or failing to follow maintenance, operation, and service instructions.
• Damage to the product from natural disasters, intervention by unauthorized persons, or mechanical damage due to buyer fault (e.g., during transport, cleaning with inappropriate means).
• Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (e.g., batteries).
• Exposure to adverse external influences such as sunlight, other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid ingress, object ingress, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and incorrect polarity, chemical processes (e.g., used power supplies).
• Modifications, alterations, or adaptations made by anyone to change or extend the product's functions compared to the purchased design, or the use of non-original components.

EU Declaration of Conformity

This equipment complies with the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of EU directives.

WEEE

This product must not be disposed of as normal household waste in accordance with the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE - 2012/19/EU). Instead, it shall be returned to the place of purchase or handed over to a public collection point for recyclable waste. By ensuring this product is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health, which could otherwise be caused by inappropriate waste handling. Contact your local authority or the nearest collection point for further details. Improper disposal of this type of waste may result in fines in accordance with national regulations.
