Precautions

• Wear gloves to prevent accidents when installing the product.

• Connecting the cable incorrectly may cause a fire due to a short circuit. Make sure to refer to the manual when connecting the cable.
• Be careful not to block the ventilation hole of the product when using the system.
• Avoid locations with direct sunlight, water, moisture, oil, and excessive dust. Store and use the product in a well-ventilated location.
• Do not wipe the surface of the product using chemicals. (organic solvents such as alcohol or acetone)
• Do not insert your hand or other object into the product during operation, as this may injure your hand or damage the object.
• Store and use the product out of children's reach.
• Our company assumes no responsibility for any problem that occurs due to the use of the product for purposes other than its designated purposes and/or the carelessness of the consumer.
• The exterior design and specifications of the product are subject to change without prior notice to consumers for quality improvement.

1. Removing the Side Panels

3. Mounting the Motherboard

Warranty Period

The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase, provided a receipt is available.

After-Sales Service (A/S)

Free A/S

Free A/S is provided for product defects occurring within the warranty period.

Paid A/S

Paid A/S is available for issues arising after the warranty period.

Conditions for Non-Free A/S (Even within warranty period):

• Failure to adhere to installation precautions and guidelines in this manual.
• Damage caused by user's intentional acts, negligence, or carelessness.
• Malfunctions or damage resulting from user modifications.
• Removal or damage to the warranty sticker.
• Damage caused by natural disasters.
• Damage caused by use in environments with high humidity, dust, or other foreign substances (e.g., insects).

Parts Retention Period

Parts will be retained for 2 years from the product discontinuation date.

A/S Service Center Information

• Operating Hours: Weekdays 10:00 - 16:00 (Closed on public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
• Service Request Methods:
• Visit: Register service request via www.zalmansvc.com and visit the service center with the product.
• Delivery: Register service request via www.zalmansvc.com and send the product prepaid. Include name, contact number, and symptom description.
• Service Center Location: Please check the exact location and address on the website before visiting or sending the product.

Product Shipping Costs

• Initial Defects: Round-trip shipping costs are covered by Zalman.
• Free A/S (within warranty): One-way prepaid shipping costs are generally covered by the customer.
• Paid A/S (after warranty): Round-trip shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Manufacturing Date Check Method

The manufacturing date is indicated by a code. For example, '2070119A01A00001':

• Year: The first two digits indicate the year (e.g., '19' for 2019, '20' for 2020, '21' for 2021).
• Month: The next digit indicates the month (1-9 for Jan-Sep, 'A' for Oct, 'B' for Nov, 'C' for Dec).
