Precautions

To ensure safe and easy installation, please read the following precautions carefully.

• Read this manual carefully before installing.
• Check the product and components before installing. If you find any abnormality, contact the location where you purchased the product for a replacement or refund.
• Wear gloves to prevent accidents when installing the product.
• Severe damage may occur when mounting the system, so do not apply excessive force.
• Connecting the cable incorrectly may cause a fire due to a short circuit. Make sure to refer to the manual when connecting the cable.
• Be careful not to block the ventilation hole of the product when using the system.
• Avoid locations with direct sunlight, water, moisture, oil, and excessive dust. Store and use the product in a well-ventilated location.
• Do not wipe the surface of the product using chemicals (organic solvents such as alcohol or acetone).
• Do not insert your hand or other object into the product during operation, as this may injure your hand or damage the object.
• Store and use the product out of children's reach.

Specifications

Caution (Radiator support): A 280mm radiator may be problematic to install on the X3. The radiator width should be 140mm. If you wish to use a radiator wider than 140mm, please check the distance between the side of the radiator and the screw hole. If this distance is below 5.7mm, it can be installed on the X3.

I/O Ports Description

USB 3.0 Port: High-speed data transfer port.

USB 2.0 Port: Standard USB data transfer port.

Headphone Jack: For audio output.

Microphone Jack: For audio input.

LED Control Button:

• Short Press: Cycles through 1st to 50th RGB LED lighting modes (effects & colors).
• Long Press: Changes RGB LED lighting mode (e.g., cycles through modes, motherboard sync, lighting off).

Power Button: Turns the system on/off.

Reset Button: Restarts the system.

Installation Guide

1. Removing the Side Panels

The diagram illustrates how to detach the side panels of the computer case to access the interior for component installation.

2. Mounting the Motherboard

This step involves installing motherboard standoffs using SSD/MB screws. The motherboard (ATX, mATX, or Mini-ITX) is then placed onto these standoffs and secured with SSD/MB screws.

3. Mounting the PSU

The diagram shows the Power Supply Unit (PSU) being installed into its designated bay and secured using PSU/VGA screws.

4. Mounting the PCI-E(VGA) Card

A graphics card (VGA card) is installed into the appropriate PCI-E slot and secured with PSU/VGA screws.

5. Graphics Card Holder

The diagram shows the installation of a graphics card brace to provide additional support for the graphics card, mounted in a convenient position.

6. Mounting 3.5" and 2.5" SSD / HDD

This section details the installation of 3.5" HDDs using HDD screws and 2.5" SSDs/HDDs using SSD screws into their respective drive bays.

7. Mounting 2.5" SSD / HDD

Diagrams show alternative mounting locations for 2.5" SSDs or HDDs, utilizing SSD screws and HDD screws.

8. Mounting the Top Fans

The diagram illustrates how to mount 120mm or 140mm fans to the top of the computer case for exhaust or intake airflow.

9. Mounting the Front Radiator

This step shows the installation of a liquid cooling radiator at the front of the case, supporting sizes up to 360mm. A caution is noted regarding the compatibility of 280mm radiators, advising users to check specific dimensions.

10. RGB LED Controller

The RGB LED Controller manages the case's lighting effects. It features multiple connectors:

• Fans 1-6: 3-Pin connectors for standard fans.
• Addressable LED 1-6: 3-Pin Addressable connectors for RGB LED strips or fans.
• RGB LED Control Button: 2-Pin connector for the front panel button.
• LED 7-8: 3-Pin connectors for additional LED strips.
• Motherboard Sync: 3-Pin connectors for synchronization with Gigabyte or other motherboards supporting RGB Sync.
• SATA Power: 15-Pin connector for power from the PSU.

Important Connection Note: Ensure the Addressable RGB 3-Pin connector is connected to a 5V header, NOT a 12V header, to prevent fatal damage due to overvoltage. The controller also connects to the PSU via SATA power.

Front Panel I/O Connectors

These connectors link the front panel ports to the motherboard:
