Precautions

Read this manual carefully before installing.

  • Check the product and components before installing. If you find any abnormality, contact the location where you purchased the product for a replacement or refund.
  • Wear gloves ? to prevent accidents when installing the product.
  • Severe damage may occur when mounting the system, so do not apply excessive force.
  • Connecting the cable incorrectly may cause a fire due to a short circuit. Make sure to refer to the manual when connecting the cable.
  • Be careful not to block the ventilation hole of the product when using the system.
  • Avoid locations with direct sunlight, water, moisture, oil, and excessive dust. Store and use the product in a well-ventilated location.
  • Do not wipe the surface of the product using chemicals (organic solvents such as alcohol or acetone).
  • Do not insert your hand or other object into the product during operation, as this may injure your hand or damage the object.
  • Store and use the product out of children's reach.
  • Zalman assumes no responsibility for any problem that occurs due to the use of the product for purposes other than its designated purposes and/or the carelessness of the consumer.
  • The exterior design and specifications of the product are subject to change without prior notice to consumers for quality improvement.

Installation Guide

I/O Ports Identification

The front panel I/O ports are labeled as follows:

  • a: Power Button
  • b: HDD / Power LED
  • c: Reset Button
  • d: LED Control Button
  • e: Headphone Jack
  • f: Microphone Jack
  • g: USB 2.0 Ports
  • h: USB 3.0 Port

1. Side Panel Removal

1) Tempered Glass: Remove the screws securing the tempered glass panel and slide it off.

2. Front Panel Removal

Remove the front panel by pulling it forward.

3. Motherboard Installation

Install Motherboard Standoffs: Screw the standoffs into the motherboard tray at the correct positions for your motherboard size.

Mount Motherboard: Place the motherboard onto the standoffs and secure it with screws (SSD/MB screws).

3-1. Motherboard Size Compatibility

The case supports various motherboard sizes:

  • 1) E-ATX (~280mm)
  • 2) ATX
  • 3) mATX
  • 4) Mini-ITX

4. PCI-E (VGA) Card Installation

Remove the expansion slot covers and insert the PCI-E card into the appropriate slot. Secure with PSU/VGA screws.

5. 2.5" SSD Installation

Mount 2.5" SSDs in the designated bays using SSD/MB screws.

6. 3.5" HDD Installation

Install 3.5" HDDs using the provided sliding screws and thumb screws with rubber washers.

7. PSU Installation

Slide the Power Supply Unit (PSU) into its bay and secure it with PSU/VGA screws.

8. Radiator Installation

1) Mounting the front radiator: Install a 240mm radiator at the front.

2) Mounting the rear radiator: Install a 120mm radiator at the rear.

9. Fan Installation

1) Mounting the top fans: Install up to two 120mm fans at the top.

2) Mounting the front fans: Install up to three 120mm or 140mm fans at the front.

3) Mounting the rear fan: Install one 120mm fan at the rear.

10. Included Fan / Fan Characteristics

The case includes a Spectrum RGB LED FAN with the following specifications:

  • Fan: 12V 0.14A ±10%
  • LED: 5V = 0.24A
  • Bearing: Rifle Bearing

11. Connecting LEDs & Additional Fans

Connecting the LED Switch: Connect the LED SW to the control box.

LED Control:

  • Press: Change LED Pattern
  • Press and Hold for 5 seconds: LED Off

Product Warranty

The product comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, provided a receipt is available.

Free A/S (After-Sales Service): Applicable for product defects within the warranty period.

Paid A/S: Applicable for issues arising after the warranty period.

Exclusions from warranty (even within the period):

  • Failure to follow installation precautions in the manual.
  • Damage due to user's intentional act, negligence, or carelessness.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification.
  • Removal or damage to the warranty sticker.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters (force majeure).
  • Damage caused by use in environments with high humidity, dust, or foreign objects (insects).

Parts Retention Period: 2 years from the product discontinuation date.

A/S Information:

  • Operating Hours: Weekdays 10:00 - 16:00 (Closed on holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
  • Service Application: Apply via www.zalmansvc.com (requires member registration). Visit the service center with the product or send it via courier.
  • Service Center: Check the website for the exact location and address.

Product Shipping Costs:

  • Initial Defect: Zalman covers round-trip shipping costs.
  • Free A/S: Customer pays one-way shipping (prepaid) for free warranty service.
  • Paid A/S and Post-Warranty: Customer covers all round-trip shipping costs.

Manufacturing Date Confirmation Method:

  • Example Serial Number: 2070120A01A00001
  • Year of Production: 20 (for 2020), 21 (for 2021), 22 (for 2022), etc.
  • Month of Production: 1 (for January), 2 (for February), 3 (for March), etc. For October, November, December, use A, B, C respectively.

Certifications: CE, RoHS

The CE mark indicates compliance with European Union directives. The RoHS mark indicates compliance with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances directive. The disposal symbol indicates proper disposal of electronic waste.
