BMW Motorcycle Smart Screen
Introduction
The DB601 intelligent motorcycle infotainment system, specially designed for BMW motorcycles, features excellent computing power and enables interaction with motorcycle data. It supports the control of the original BMW wonder wheel and is compatible with the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).
Equipped with a 6-inch high-definition display screen, it supports CarPlay, Android Auto, and a high frame rate screen projection mode of 60 frames per second. With an anti-glare screen design, it offers an excellent image.
The DB601 main unit has an IP68-level waterproof rating and can withstand high temperatures up to 65 degrees Celsius, ensuring stable operation even in harsh environments. This intelligent infotainment system will give you a full riding experience and safe road trip.

Introduction and Interface Overview
The smart screen provides a user-friendly interface for various functions. The home page displays key information and access points.
Home Page Elements:
- 1: Select CarPlay or Android Auto
- 2: Display of Original Vehicle Information
- 3: Settings
- 4: Adjust brightness of the screen
- 5: Direction vehicle's current direction (e.g., [North], [South], [East], [West])
- 6: Real-time display of the current vehicle tire pressure data
- 7: Displays the current actual speed and subtotal mileage
System Interface Details
The system offers various screens for settings, vehicle data, and smartphone integration.
Settings Menu:
The settings menu provides access to various configurations:

The system can mirror smartphone interfaces, including apps with Dutch labels like "Telefoon" (Phone), "Kaarten" (Maps), "Berichten" (Messages), "Huidige" (Current), "Agenda" (Calendar), and "Instellingen" (Settings).
CarPlay & Android Auto Phone Interconnection
The system seamlessly integrates with smartphones via CarPlay and Android Auto.
CarPlay Connection:
CarPlay connection tutorial instructions:
- Connect iPhone to Bluetooth (e.g., "carabc xxxx") and enable Wi-Fi.
- After connecting, a prompt box will appear. Select [Use CarPlay] to enter the CarPlay screen mirroring function normally.
Tips: Only Apple phones are supported for CarPlay.
Android Auto Connection:
Android Auto connection tutorial instructions:
- Connect Android phone to Bluetooth (e.g., "carabc xxxx") and enable Wi-Fi.
- After connecting, a prompt box will appear. Select [Use Android Auto] to enter the Android Auto screen mirroring function normally.
Tips: The waiting time for the first connection may be long.
Mode Switching and Knob Control
The system's operations are managed using the original vehicle's "wonder wheel" (control knob).
Operation Instructions for the Original Wonder Wheel:
After the device is installed, the TFT instrument display will be brightly lit. Press and hold the [menu] button for a long time to switch to NAV mode. Then, activate the operation of the in-vehicle infotainment system screen by using the original vehicle's wonder wheel.
