Frequently Asked Questions
1. Does the Zigbee temperature and humidity detector include battery?
No, the CR2450 battery is not included.
2. Can the product be used alone? Can it link to WIFI separately?
No, Zigbee detectors cannot be used alone and cannot be connected to WIFI separately. They must be used together with a Zigbee gateway.
3. How often are temperature and humidity updated?
Data is uploaded when there is a change of 0.3 degrees Celsius in temperature or 6 percent in humidity. Under constant temperature, data will be uploaded every 5 minutes.

The temperature and humidity sensor can detect the temperature and humidity in the environment in real time, and combines with other devices to implement intelligent application scenarios.

Preparation for Use
Smart Life APP ?
Before device binding operation, please install the "Smart Life" APP on your phone and register an account via email address. The App can be downloaded by scanning the QR code or from Google Play or App store.

Network Connection
Ensure that your phone is connected with local WIFI ? (2.4GHz). Network and Bluetooth ? are enabled and have bound the Zigbee gateway to the APP.

Product Placement
Make sure that the product is within the effective coverage of the gateway Zigbee network to ensure the effective connection between the product and the gateway.
Network Access Setting
- Install the battery to the device successfully, then enter into the Zigbee Gateway page and click "Add subdevice" ➕.
- Use the reset pin ? to insert the reset hole ?️ (as shown in the diagram) for more than 5 seconds until the indicator flashes ✨.
- The device will then automatically search for Zigbee devices and add them.

After adding successfully, you can find the device in the "My Home" list. If the Zigbee gateway's "search device" time exceeds 2 minutes, it will exit from matching. You can exit the gateway and enter again to operate.
