Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over. To reduce the risk of furniture tip-over:

- Place heaviest items in the lower drawer.
- Do not set TVs or other heavy objects on top of this product.
- Never let children climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.
- Read and follow each step of the instruction carefully.

Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach drawer slide rails (Part 158933) to the base panels. Use screws (Part 100365). Repeat for all three slide rails. The diagram shows two base panels being prepared with three slide rails each, secured by screws. ?
Step 2
Insert wooden dowels (Part 101345) into pre-drilled holes on the side panels. Insert cam lock screws (Part 118331 / 112996) into other pre-drilled holes. Repeat for multiple panels. ??
Step 3
Attach brackets (Part 10038685) to the side panels using screws (Part 155669). ??
Step 4
Connect side panels to the base assembly. Use cam locks (Part 119030 / 118224) to secure the cam lock screws. The diagram shows a side panel being attached to the base, with a zoomed-in view showing the cam lock being turned ? to secure the connection. ? indicates incorrect alignment.
Step 5
Insert wooden dowels (Part 101345) into the top edges of the side panels. ?
Step 6
Attach the top panel. Align the top panel with the dowels and secure it using cam locks (Part 119030 / 118224). ?⚙️

Insert wooden dowels (Part 101345) into the side panels for the back panels. ?
Step 8
Attach the back panels. Insert screws (Part 101345) into the back panels and secure them to the frame. ⬇️
Step 9
Slide the back panels into place. ➡️
Step 10
Secure the back panels using cam locks (Part 118224 / 119030). ?⚙️

Place the top shelf. ⬇️
Step 12
Attach the top panel. Use cam locks (Part 119030 / 118224) to secure the top panel. ?⚙️

Attach the wall mounting bracket (Part 106989) to the top rear of the unit using screws (Part 155669). ??

Prepare the wall for mounting. Use the bracket, screws (Part 109049), and wall plugs (Part 121714) as needed for the wall type. ?
Step 15
Attach the wall mounting bracket to the furniture. Use screws (Part 118331 / 112996). ?

Attach the side panels to the base. ⬇️

Attach the back panels. Use cam locks (Part 119030 / 118224). ?⚙️

Attach the handles (Part 153548 / 158568) to the drawer fronts. Use screws. ?️?

Attach drawer slide rails (Part 158933) to the drawer sides. Use screws. ?
Step 20
Attach drawer slide rails (Part 123770) to the main unit. Use screws (Part 155669) and brackets. ?
Step 21
Attach the drawer fronts. Use screws (Part 109048 / 100823). ?
Step 22
Attach drawer slide rails (Part 118331 / 112996) to the drawer sides. ?
Step 23
Attach drawer sides to the drawer base. Use dowels (Part 101345). ?
Step 24
Attach drawer sides to the drawer front. Use cam locks (Part 119030 / 118224). ?⚙️

Insert the drawer into the unit. ➡️

Attach the top panel of the drawer unit. ↪️

Secure the drawer unit using screws (Part 110519). ?

Attach drawer fronts. Use screws (Part 109567) and drawer front connectors (Part 124328 / 128763 / 156619). ?

The BRIMNES chest of drawers is now assembled. Ensure it is securely fastened to the wall using the provided tip-over restraints. ⚠️
Securing to the Wall
It is crucial to secure this furniture to the wall to prevent tip-over accidents, which can cause serious or fatal injuries. Use the provided tip-over restraints and follow the instructions carefully. The supplied screws and plugs are suitable for most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C), use screws without plugs. If you are uncertain about your wall type or the correct mounting method, seek professional advice.
