If using PoE only, do not tear off the small hole's extruded part. DC power and alarm cables must be used together.
- Insert the alarm cable bushing into the bottom hole and the network cable bushing into the top hole of the mount plate.
- Connect the alarm terminal block to the alarm cable and the power terminal block to the power cable.
- Connect alarm and power terminal blocks to their corresponding ports. Route the DC power cable by the alarm I/O port.
- Connect the network cable to the network port.
- Tighten the screw while pushing the bottom part of the camera body.
- Join the camera body to the mount plate.
Using Touchless Call
Attach the provided guide sticker to the intercom. To use touchless call, place your hand within 2-15 cm (0.8-6.0 in) from the front sensor for about one second without waving. Ensure the touchless call sensor area is clean.

Connecting Electric Door Strike
Connect DC 12V power to operate the electric door strike. PoE power alone is insufficient. The maximum power from Alarm out No.2 (NO/NC port) is DC 12V/550mA. If using only DC 12V power, a minimum of 1.47A or higher is recommended (2A or higher preferred). When using both PoE and DC 12V, ensure the DC 12V capacity meets the device's specifications. Refer to the door strike manufacturer's specifications for cable length and depth.
