Cable Installation

  1. Pass audio/alarm/power and network cables through the hole.
  2. Remove the cable bushing from the mount plate.
  3. Installing the network cable: The network cable diameter is Ø5~6.5. Pull off extruded parts of the cable bushing. Use the cap installer to route the network cable through the bushing.
  4. Installing power and alarm I/O cables: Pull off extruded parts of the cable bushing. Pass the alarm cable through the large hole and the power cable (DC 12 V) through the small hole. If using PoE only, do not tear off the small hole's extruded part. DC power and alarm cables must be used together.
  5. Insert the alarm cable bushing into the bottom hole and the network cable bushing into the top hole of the mount plate.
  6. Connect the alarm terminal block to the alarm cable and the power terminal block to the power cable.
  7. Connect alarm and power terminal blocks to their corresponding ports. Route the DC power cable by the alarm I/O port.
  8. Connect the network cable to the network port.
  9. Tighten the screw while pushing the bottom part of the camera body.
  10. Join the camera body to the mount plate.
