Welcome to the assembly instructions for your new Tchibo modular storage unit. Please read these instructions carefully before beginning assembly. Keep this guide for future reference.

Safety Information
⚠️ DANGER: Risks to Children
- Keep packaging material away from children. Plastic bags and films are not toys. Ensure children do not pull them over their heads or swallow parts. Risk of suffocation!
- The product includes small parts that can be life-threatening if swallowed. Keep children away during assembly.
- Keep infants away from the product, as they may try to pull themselves up on it or climb onto it.
❗ CAUTION: Risk of Injury and Material Damage
- Be careful when assembling metal parts to avoid pinching fingers or injury from sharp edges/corners. Wear work gloves. ?
- Always place the product on a level, non-sloping surface.
- Never stand or sit on the product, as it could fall over or be damaged.
- Do not place the product freely in a room or against a wall without securing it. For optimal stability, it must be fastened to a suitable wall.
- Wall mounting materials (screws and wall plugs) are provided. These are suitable for standard, solid walls. Consult a professional for materials suitable for your specific wall type. Ensure no pipes or electrical wiring are behind drilling points.
- Assemble the product on a soft, even surface. Use the transport cardboard underneath to prevent scratching or damaging surfaces.
- Use the product only for its intended purpose and do not overload it. ⚖️
- Do not open and load more than one folding door at a time. Risk of tipping over!
Intended Use
This product is suitable for indoor use. Protect it from moisture. It is designed for home use and is not suitable for commercial purposes.
Care and Maintenance
Do not use abrasive or caustic cleaning agents or hard brushes. Clean surfaces with a slightly damp cloth and wipe dry.
Unpacking and Disposal
Carefully remove all packaging material and dispose of it properly. Ensure you do not accidentally discard assembly materials.

Assembly Steps
Follow these steps carefully. Two people are recommended for assembly.
Step 1: Frame Assembly
Description: Assemble the main frame of the storage unit using the provided rods and connectors.

Step 2: Attaching Rods
Description: Insert and secure 6 x S1 rods into the frame.

Step 3: Aligning Holes
Description: Ensure all holes are properly aligned for the next steps.

Step 4: Hand-tightening Rods
Description: Turn the rods (part 3) by hand until snug, but do not overtighten. Do not overtighten!

Step 5: Inserting Panels
Description: Insert the back panels (labeled '7') into the frame structure. Arrows indicate the direction of insertion.

Step 6: Securing Panels
Description: Secure the back panels using screws (S4) and fasteners (H). Close-up views illustrate the screw insertion and fastener placement.

Step 7: Configuration Choice (A or B)
Description: Decide whether the narrow compartments will be on the right (Option A) or left (Option B). This guide illustrates Option A. Fit back panels 6 and 7 accordingly.

Step 8: Assembling Drawer/Door Mechanisms (Part 8a)
Description: Attach the mechanism part 8a to the corresponding panel (part 8). Screws (labeled 'S5') and nuts (labeled 'J') are used. A close-up view highlights the connection points.

Step 9: Assembling Drawer/Door Mechanisms (Part 8b)
Description: Attach the mechanism part 8b to the corresponding panel (part 8). Screws (labeled 'S5') and nuts (labeled 'J') are used. A close-up view highlights the connection points.

Step 10: Flipping Panels
Description: Flip over panel 9 to its other side.

Step 11: Installing Doors
Description: Install the doors (parts 8a and 8b) with their mechanisms (part 9) into the unit. You will hear a click ? when they are correctly seated.

Step 12: Attaching Hinges to Doors
Description: Attach hinges (part S6) to doors 4 and 5 using screws. Be careful when pulling out the hinge. Risk of getting your fingers caught!

Step 13: Final Adjustments
Description: Adjust the feet of the unit using a spirit level ? to ensure it is stable and level.

Step 14: Wall Mounting Preparation
Description: Prepare for wall mounting by attaching brackets (F) to the unit using screws (C) and wall plugs/screws (S3). The required hole diameter (Ø 6 mm) is indicated.

Step 15: Securing to Wall
Description: Secure the unit to the wall using screws (S3) through the brackets.
