Preparation and Connection
Step 1: Preparation
Turn off the power at the general circuit breaker [power-off symbol].
Terminal Specifications:
- C1, C2: MAX 2x 1.5mm², 2.5mm²
- N, L, Load: MAX 2x 2.5mm², 6mm²
- Torque (C1, C2, N, L, Load): MIN: 0.8Nm, MAX: 1.4Nm
- Wire stripping length: 9mm
- Screw type: PZ1
- Wire cross-section: 4 mm²
Wiring Examples
[warning symbol] Do not use a connected switch (with dimmer option) to control a Connected Latching Relay.
The control circuit (upstream terminals C1 and C2) has integrated power and protection. For the protection of the Connected Latching Relay, a circuit breaker or gG fuse with a current rating ≤ 16A is recommended. Existing electrical protections can be reused if conditions allow.
Wired Installation: Connect push buttons to the relay.
Wired Installation with Junction Box: Connect push buttons via a junction box to the relay.
Mixed Wired and Wireless Installation: Connect wired push buttons and wireless push-buttons to the relay.
Wireless Installation: Connect wireless push-buttons to the relay.
Indicator Light Legend:
- *: Non-functional indicator lights on push-buttons with indicator lights with connected latching relay.
- N (neutral) = blue wire
- L (Line) = wires other than blue and green/yellow
- Line after contact = typically purple, orange...
Tips: When replacing an old push button with a wireless control, isolate unused wires.

Step 2: Add the Latching Relay in a Connected Installation
1. Turn off the power at the general circuit breaker [power-off symbol].
2. Turn on the power at the general circuit breaker [power-on symbol] once the installation is completed and controlled.
* In order to restart all connected products at the same time.
** After wiring the installation, refit the front plate so that no active live part is accessible.
Step 3: Finalize the Installation in the Legrand Home + Control App
Download the Home + Control App from the App Store [App Store icon] or Google Play [Google Play icon].
Follow the instructions within the app for adding the connected product to your setup.
You can also control your installation via a voice assistant ([Hey Google icon], [Apple Home icon], [Alexa icon]) and customize scenarios within the Home + Control App.
Manual Control and Status LED
The relay can be controlled manually using the ON/OFF mode switch. The status LED provides visual feedback.
Wireless Push Button Resetting
To reset a wireless push button: Press and hold the center of the push button until the LED lights up in orange, then briefly press the center again to confirm the reset.
Reset a Connected Latching Relay to Remove it from a Connected Installation
Press the configuration button on the Connected Latching Relay for more than 5 seconds until the configuration indicator lights up in fixed red. The relay is no longer associated with the gateway.
