Key Features

JBC brushes are available with black or blue cores to distinguish between lead-free and leaded soldering applications. Non-metal brushes offer a longer lifespan compared to their metal counterparts.

*Note: Non-metal brushes should only be used when rotating. Incorrect usage may cause damage.

Usage and Maintenance

Changing Brushes

Before changing brushes, ensure the tip cleaner is unplugged from the mains. The manual provides step-by-step instructions with diagrams for removing and installing brushes on both CLR and CLU models, including details on the splashguard and solder collection tray.

Warranty and Disposal

Warranty Information

JBC offers a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes product wear or misuse. For warranty claims, equipment must be returned postage paid to the dealer of purchase.

Environmental Disposal

In compliance with European directive 2012/19/EU, this product should not be disposed of in general waste. Electronic equipment at the end of its life must be collected and returned to an authorized recycling facility.
