  • After use, turn off the display and pull out all connection joints.

2. Coil

The coil unit includes:

  • Cable Length Scale: Displays the current cable length deployed.
  • Fixed Buckle: Secures the cable wheel.

This is a SPECIAL DETECTION CABLE FIXER, a useful tool for managing the cable.

3. Cell Box (Monitor Unit)

The control box (monitor unit) has the following controls and indicators:

  • 1. Monitor Video Output
  • 2. Power of Monitor (On/Off)
  • 3. Adjacent Coil Plug (Connects to the camera cable reel)
  • 4. AV Output
  • 5. Battery Indicator
  • 6. Power Input for Charger
  • 7. Light-Degree Adjustment for White Light LED
  • 8. Power Switch
  • 9. Power Light Indicator

System Installation

  1. Vital: Turn off the power switch before connecting the video camera and the monitor to prevent damage.
  2. Connect the camera cable to the coil plug, then connect the coil to the cell box (monitor unit). Refer to the connection diagram (described as Picture 1).
  3. Turn on the power switch on the cell box. The monitor's indicator light will turn on, and the system will start.
  4. Install the video camera with its protective cover and carefully insert it into the pipe. Rotate the coil to deploy the cable to the desired depth.
  5. Adjust the LED light intensity using the light-degree adjuster for optimal illumination. For recording video, refer to the DVR operation details (Display Operation: Recording Type).
  6. Video output can be switched to a larger screen via the video line.
  7. After use, carefully remove the camera from the pipe. Clean it with a clean, soft, and dry cloth before storing.

Connection Diagram Description (Picture 1): The diagram illustrates the connection sequence: Camera cable connects to the coil, the coil connects to the cell box (monitor), and the monitor displays the video.

Charging the Battery

When the battery power is low, follow these steps to charge:

  1. Remove the battery and charger from the carrying case.
  2. Connect the charger to the battery.
  3. Connect the charger to a 100-240V AC power outlet. The red indicator light signifies charging.
  4. The green indicator light signifies that charging is complete.

Notes: To ensure a longer battery lifespan, recharge the battery promptly when low. Failure to do so may render it unable to recharge.

Troubleshooting

ProblemSolution
Blue screen displayed
  • Check if the camera interface is loose, causing poor contact.
  • Verify the cable and power supply connections are secure and normal.
  • Ensure the monitor is properly connected to the power supply.
  • Check for a broken cable.
  • Inspect for water ingress at the camera front or camera damage.
  • Always use the protective cover on the camera to prevent damage from collision with hard objects.
Problems with LED lights
  • Refer to the manual and confirm the correct procedure for turning on the lights.
  • Check for water ingress at the camera front, which may prevent LEDs from illuminating.
Not running
  • Check if the battery power is sufficient.
  • Inspect the display screen for damage.
  • Confirm the display screen is properly connected to the power supply.
Photo/video cannot be saved
  • Check if the memory card is damaged and replace it if necessary.
  • Inspect the memory card slot for foreign objects or deformation.
Cannot format memory cardThe memory card is damaged. Replace the memory card.
Unable to charge
  • Check the charging port for foreign objects or deformation.
  • Verify the charger is not damaged.
  • If the battery is too low, it must be charged in time to prevent it from becoming unchargeable due to excessive discharge.
Broken cable
  • It is recommended to use the cable on pipes with a diameter of 60cm or less. Pay attention to the force applied when pushing the cable to avoid breaking the detection line.
  • This product is intended solely for pipeline detection and inspection and cannot be used for other purposes.
Cable knotting
  • When retracting and releasing cables, ensure they do not cross or knot. The bending radius of the cables should not be less than 90 degrees.
  • When retracting the cable, cooperate with the rotating reel to wind it orderly; do not use excessive force.
Equipment cleaningTurn off the power before cleaning to avoid damaging the equipment.

Warning: If a fault cannot be resolved, do not attempt to disassemble the unit yourself. Contact after-sales service personnel.

Operating Instructions for HD DVR

Button Functions:

  • REC/-: To start/stop recording.
  • Play/+: To switch between recording and photographing modes (indicated by an icon in the top left corner).
  • MENU: To access and loop through the settings main menu. Long press to rotate the screen by 0, 90, 180, or 270 degrees.
  • >: [Zoom Out]
  • <: [Zoom In] the image (0-36X zoom range).
  • POWER: To power on/off the display screen.

1. Main Menu Settings

  1. Press the MENU button to access the setup menu: PICTURE; OPTION; TIME; PHOTO; VIDEO.
  2. Press the </> buttons to navigate sub-menus.
  3. Press the REC button to adjust setting values or to enter/confirm a selection.
  4. Press the PLAY button to exit.

2. Recording and Photographing

  1. Press the PLAY button to switch between Recording and Photographing modes (indicated by an icon in the top left corner).
  2. Press the REC button to start recording or photographing. Press REC again to stop.

3. Photo Playback on Monitor

  1. Press the MENU button repeatedly until PHOTO is selected.
  2. Press the </> buttons to find Playback.
  3. Press REC to enter playback mode. Use </> to select a photo, then press REC to play it.
  4. Press PLAY to exit playback.

4. Video Playback on Monitor

  1. Press the MENU button repeatedly until RECORD is selected.
  2. Press the </> buttons to find Playback.
  3. Press REC to enter playback mode. Use </> to select a video, then press REC to enter.
  4. Press REC to start playback.
  5. Press PLAY to exit playback.
