Key Features
A Cooling Vent
The rear of the earcups can be opened up to 14mm, allowing for rapid reduction of heat and humidity within the cups.
B Microphone Mute Button
The button is normally pressed down for unmuted operation. Pressing it again will pop it up, showing a red outline, indicating the microphone is muted.
C Adjustable & Removable Mic Boom
The boom microphone can be flexibly positioned to your preference. When not in use, the microphone can be detached from the headset base.
D Volume Dial
The left earcup features a volume dial for direct audio level adjustment from the headset.
E Custom Mic Badge
To replace the badge, firmly grip the microphone section and use your fingertip (fingernail) to detach the badge from its base.

Adjusting Mic Level
Speak into the microphone and adjust the mic level so that the input level is appropriate. If the input level is too low, increase the mic level, and if the input level is too high, decrease the mic level.
Volume Settings for PS4
1. Plug the headset's 3.5 mm audio plug into the stereo headset jack at the base of your DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controller. 2. Check your audio settings to ensure your headset is selected as the assigned audio device. Hold down the PS button on the controller until the Quick Menu screen appears. Select 'Sound/Devices' > Adjust 'Volume Control (Headphone)' to your desired level. For Chat Audio only, change 'Output to Headphones' to 'Chat Audio'.
Mic Sensitivity Settings for PS4
To adjust your headset's mic sensitivity from the PlayStation 4 home screen, access the home menu, select 'Settings', then 'Devices', then 'Audio Devices', and finally 'Microphone Level' to adjust your microphone levels to preference.

Limited Warranty
Coverage and Term
Victrix warrants that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the original date of purchase. Manufacturing defects are those defects in materials and/or workmanship, subject to final determination by Victrix's customer service department. This warranty applies only to original purchasers with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized Victrix retailer that clearly shows the date of purchase.
Exclusive Remedy and Exclusions
The exclusive remedy for valid claims will be the repair, replacement or refund of the product. This warranty does not cover defects caused by accidents, improper or abusive use of the product, unauthorized or improper modifications, repairs or handling.
