Connecting the Pro KO
- Release the cable lock by sliding the switch on the back of the device to the left until the door opens.

- Connect the USB-A end to a PS5, PS4, or PC console.
- Ensure the platform mode switch near the headphone jack is set correctly according to the currently used platform (PS5, PS4, or PC).

Unlocking the Top Cover
- Slide all 4 safety switches on the back of the Pro KO inwards to release the locking latches.
- Place your thumbs on the 2 outer buttons on the top of the Pro KO, grip both sides of the top plate with your index/middle fingers, and firmly pull it upwards.
Note: Both the left and right sides of the top cover must be lifted simultaneously.

Replacing Buttons - SWAPPING BUTTONS
- Remove the top cover.
- Find and remove the switch removal tool from storage.
- Place the tool around the light ring on the button you wish to replace and pull firmly upwards.
- Remove the button cap using the tool.
- Grip and remove the switch using the tool.
- Insert the switch into the designated storage area, taking care not to damage the metal contacts.
- Remove the aluminum button cap from the storage area and snap it into place of the removed switch.
- Place the button cap upside down in the storage area for safekeeping.
- Align the light ring feet into the holes around the inverted button cap to secure it.

Adding Buttons
- Remove the top cover.
- Find and remove the switch removal tool.
- Place the tool around the aluminum button cap you wish to remove and pull firmly upwards.
- Remove the new switch from the storage area and align the contact pins when inserting into the Pro KO.
- Find the button cap, align it, and press it onto the switch.
- Find the light ring, place it onto the button cap, align the feet, and press firmly into place.
Audio Controls
- Connect your headphones to the 3.5mm connector on the left side of the Pro KO.
- Hold the Audio button and press the Up/Down direction buttons to adjust volume.
- Double-tap the Audio button to mute/unmute the microphone. A sound cue will indicate when the microphone is muted or unmuted.

Lighting Controls
- Press the Lighting button to cycle through 4 lighting modes: Static → Breathing → Prismatic → OFF
- By holding the Lighting button and simultaneously holding the Left/Right direction buttons, you can change the LED color (only in Static and Pulsing modes).

Mapping Additional Buttons
- Hold the Function button and press the desired button to map. The LED on the mapped button will start blinking white.
- Press the button you want to map the new input to. The LEDs will blink rapidly, indicating successful mapping.
Note: Only 4 additional buttons and the L3/R3 buttons can be mapped.

Disabling Additional Buttons
Hold the Function button and double-tap the button you wish to disable.
- The LEDs will blink rapidly several times, indicating it has been disabled.
- Only 4 additional buttons can be disabled.
- Performing this process on the L3 / R3 buttons will restore the default settings (L3 / R3).
SOCD Cleaning
- Press and hold the Function button, then press and release the Touchpad button to switch between 2 SOCD modes.
- The UP and DOWN direction button LEDs will blink rapidly to indicate the selected mode.
- BLUE LED: Neutral SOCD (UP + DOWN = Neutral, LEFT + RIGHT = Neutral) - This is the default mode.
- RED LED: Up Priority SOCD (UP + DOWN = UP, LEFT + RIGHT = Neutral)

Tournament Lock Mode
- The tournament lock switch deactivates all buttons on the top menu bar (PS button, Touchpad, CREATE, LIGHTING, AUDIO, FUNCTION, L3, R3, and OPTIONS buttons) to prevent accidental presses and disqualification during tournaments.
- Slide the tournament lock switch UP to the locked position to deactivate the menu bar buttons, or slide the switch DOWN to the unlocked position for normal operation.

Direction Button Mode
- Directional buttons are set to D-Pad input by default.
- To change the directional buttons to function as a Left Analog Stick, hold the Function button and press the LEFT direction. The directional buttons will blink green, indicating Left Analog Stick mode.
- To change the directional buttons to function as a Right Analog Stick, hold the Function button and press the RIGHT direction. The directional buttons will blink red, indicating Right Analog Stick mode.
- To change the directional buttons back to the default D-Pad input, hold the Function button and press the UP or DOWN direction. The directional buttons will blink blue, indicating default D-Pad mode.

Factory Reset
- To perform a factory reset of your Pro KO, simultaneously press and release the CREATE, FUNCTION, and OPTIONS buttons.
- The LEDs will blink in prismatic mode and then return to the default static purple state, indicating a successful reset.
NOTE: Performing a Factory Reset will reset lighting configuration, audio settings, button mapping, SOCD cleaning mode, and direction button mode.
