Product Features
A. Cooling Vent
Rotate the cooling lever 90° to open the 14mm vent to relieve heat and humidity.
B. Mic Mute Button
Press the button down until it is flush with the surface for normal, unmuted operation. The button will pop up, showing a red outline, when the microphone is muted.
C. Adjustable & Removable Mic Boom
Rotate the boom mic and position it a few centimeters away from your mouth. When not in use, the microphone can be pulled off and removed from the base of the headset.
D. Volume Dial
Turn the volume dial located on the left earcup to adjust to your preferred audio level.
E. Mic Badge
Use your fingernails to grip the top and bottom of the long sides of the mic badge and firmly pull away to remove it.
Console Volume Adjustments
To adjust your headset's mic sensitivity from the PS4™ home screen:
- Access the home menu.
- Select "Settings".
- Select "Devices".
- Select "Audio Devices".
- Select "Microphone Level" and adjust your microphone levels to your preference.
The PS4™ audio settings menu typically displays controls for volume and microphone input. You will see options like "Input Volume" and "Microphone Level" with sliders to adjust sensitivity.

Setup Instructions for PS4™
- Plug the headset's 3.5 mm audio plug into the stereo headset jack at the base of your DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controller.
- Check your audio settings to ensure your headset is selected as the assigned audio device.
- To adjust volume: Hold down the PS button on the controller until the Quick Menu screen appears. Select "Sound/Devices", then adjust "Volume Control (Headphone)" to your desired level.
- For Chat Audio only: In the same "Sound/Devices" menu, change "Output to Headphones" to "Chat Audio".
Limited Warranty
Coverage and Term: Victrix warrants that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the original date of purchase. Manufacturing defects are those defects in materials and/or workmanship, subject to final determination by Victrix's customer service department. This warranty applies only to original purchasers with a valid proof of purchase from an authorized Victrix retailer that clearly shows the date of purchase.
Exclusive Remedy and Exclusions: The exclusive remedy for valid claims will be the repair, replacement, or refund of the product. This warranty does not cover defects caused by accidents, improper or abusive use of the product, unauthorized or improper modifications, repairs, or handling.
