Product Description
This document provides instructions for operating the CAT Massive Mover RC, a 2.4 GHz remote-controlled toy vehicle. It includes essential information on battery handling, charging procedures, pairing the controller with the vehicle, and operational precautions.
The RC vehicle is a yellow CAT-branded remote-controlled dump truck, licensed by Caterpillar Inc. and manufactured by Funrise Inc.

Note: 2 x AAA Batteries for the controller are not included.
Battery Precautions
- The 6.4V lithium rechargeable battery pack must be charged before use using the included USB cable adaptor.
- Do not charge for more than 6 hours.
- Do not charge the battery pack if it shows leakage, corrosion, or has loose or exposed wires or other damage.
- Do not cover the battery pack while charging.
- Do not dismantle the battery or charger, and do not cut the battery or charger cables.
- The battery pack will be warm after charging. Do not touch it when hot; wait for it to cool before installing or recharging.
- Supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
- Rechargeable batteries and their replacement are to be handled only by adults.
- The USB cable adaptor is not a toy.
- This charger is intended for the 6.4V rechargeable battery pack (700mAh Max.). Using other battery types may cause injury or damage. It cannot charge non-rechargeable batteries. Regularly inspect the charger for damage.
- AAA batteries are non-rechargeable and must not be recharged. Use only equivalent types. Replace when transmission is poor.
- Exhausted batteries must be removed from the product.
- Do not mix different types of batteries or new and used batteries.
- Rechargeable batteries must be removed from the toy before charging.
- Insert batteries with the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated in the battery compartment.
- Do not dispose of batteries in fire.
CAUTION:
- DO NOT RECHARGE BATTERY PACK THAT SHOWS LEAKAGE OR CORROSION.
- IF BATTERY PACK IS HOT AFTER USE, ALLOW TO COOL BEFORE RECHARGING.
- DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DISASSEMBLE THE VEHICLE OR CONTROLLER.
- KEEP THE PACKAGING AND INSTRUCTIONS AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION.

Charging the Vehicle Battery
Battery Type: 6.4V Lithium Rechargeable Battery Pack (700 mAh)
Charging Procedure:
- Remove the 6.4V lithium rechargeable battery pack from the truck.
- Connect the battery pack to the included USB cable adaptor.
- Connect the adaptor to a computer USB output or an AC power adaptor with an output limit of 6.4V for charging.
- A full charge takes approximately 3 hours via a 5V computer USB port.
- When charging is complete, unplug the USB cable adaptor.
- Disconnect the rechargeable battery pack from the USB cable adaptor, reconnect it to the truck, and securely reinstall the [Battery Cover].
Charging Indicator:
- Power On: Red light
- Charging: Blinking Red light
- Fully charged: Red light OFF
- Battery error: RED light Strobe
Note for 700 mAh battery: Disconnect the charger when the RED light turns OFF.
Controller Setup
Battery Type: 2 x AAA Batteries (Not Included)
Installation:
- Open the [Battery Cover] on the controller.
- Insert 2 x AAA batteries, observing correct polarity (+/-).
- Replace the [Battery Cover].
Pairing Vehicle/Controller
This process connects the remote control to the vehicle.
- Turn on the vehicle. Its headlights will flash, indicating it is in Pairing Mode.
- While the headlights are flashing, press any button on the controller. The controller's light should turn on.
- The vehicle's headlights will stop flashing, indicating successful pairing.
- If pairing is not completed within 5 minutes, turn off the vehicle and restart from step 1.
Note: After 5 minutes of inactivity, the vehicle enters sleep mode. Turn it OFF and then ON again to resume the connection.
Operation
Vehicle Controls (via Controller):
- Forward/Backward: Use the left joystick. ⬆️ (Forward), ⬇️ (Backward).
- Left/Right Steering: Use the right joystick. ⬅️ (Left), ➡️ (Right).
- Dump Function: Press the 'D' button to operate the dump bed. ⬇️ (Dump).
- Speed Control: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust speed.

Tips
- Operating range can be affected by low battery voltage or external interference.
- Outdoor use is recommended for optimal control range.
- Ensure the battery compartment is clean and free from dust to prevent poor battery contact.
- Vehicle headlights automatically turn on when driving.
Operation Precautions
- Do not drive on tall grass, sand, or through water.
- Do not drive in rainy weather.
- Avoid direct impact with obstacles.
- Switch OFF the power when not in use to prevent damage to the vehicle and transmitter from battery leakage.
- Keep fingers, hair, and loose clothing away from moving parts.
