Safety
Child Safety Warnings
Adults supervising children must read and understand this entire manual before allowing any child to use this product. Adults must evaluate their own children's maturity, strength, judgment, and ability to follow safety rules. Age guidelines are not a substitute for careful evaluation of your child. Adults must teach children about thinking ahead while riding, as this may be their first time controlling a motorized ride-on toy. Verbally teach them about steering and avoiding obstacles in the approved riding area.
Riding a motorized ride-on toy is a dangerous activity. While good choices regarding where and when to ride, constant adult supervision, and practice can minimize risk, it is possible for the rider to lose control, fall off, or get into dangerous situations. If this inherent risk is not acceptable, do not allow children to ride this ride-on toy.
Safe Riding Warnings
- Do not use if the rider is younger than three (3) years or older than seven (7) years.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 130 lbs (59 kg).
- Do not allow more than two (2) riders.
ADULTS AND SUPERVISORS, PLEASE NOTE:
- Always instruct children on common sense rules and safe practices.
- Flat, hard surfaces provide the safest experience.
- Do not allow operation near streets, roads, sidewalks, walkways, or any place with moving vehicles.
- Never leave children unattended. Continuous adult supervision is required.
- Use gates and barriers to ensure a safe riding environment.
- This ride-on toy does not have braking capabilities. Avoid areas requiring braking to prevent rolls, crashes, serious injury, or death.
- Instruct children not to allow other children to use the ride-on toy. Communicate this to other adults and supervisors.
- Alert children that hands, legs, hair, and clothing can get caught in moving parts. Ensure they never place body parts or clothing near moving parts. Avoid loose clothing.
- Instruct children to always wear shoes.
- Confirm children do not have access to charging equipment or contact with the ride-on toy while charging.
- Instruct children to use the ride-on toy safely. Unsafe behaviors include: traveling at unsafe speeds, not riding in the seated position, riding at night or in low visibility, riding in wet conditions (rain, snow, ice), stunt riding (jumps, ramps, stairs, hills, slopes), off-road riding (rough terrain, dirt, mud, gravel), riding near pools or open water, pushing/shoving the driver, operating without safety covers closed, pulling/hitching with other moving toys.
