Battery Precaution
- Alkaline batteries are recommended for use.
- Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended should be used.
- Do not mix alkaline, standard, or rechargeable batteries.
- Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.
- Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be charged.
- Rechargeable batteries are for adult charging only.
- Rechargeable batteries must be removed from the product before they are charged.
- Ensure batteries are inserted with correct polarities (Positive [+] and Negative [-]) and always follow the battery manufacturer's instructions.
- Remove all batteries from the Vehicle and Transmitter when not in use.
- Exhausted batteries must be removed from the product.
- The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
- Dispose of batteries properly. Do not dispose of batteries in fire, as it may cause them to explode or leak, leading to injury or damage.
- Battery installation and removal must only be performed by an adult.
Battery Installation
For Vehicle (Refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2)
Figure 1 shows the location of the battery cover on the vehicle. Figure 2 illustrates the correct placement of 5 AA batteries within the vehicle's battery compartment, indicating positive (+) and negative (-) terminals.
- Switch the power OFF.
- Unscrew the screw securing the battery cover.
- Open the battery cover.
- Install 5 new 1.5V AA batteries, ensuring correct polarities (+/-) as indicated inside the battery compartment.
- Close the battery cover.
- Tighten the screw on the battery cover.
For Transmitter (Refer to Figure 3 and Figure 4)
Figure 3 shows the battery cover on the transmitter. Figure 4 illustrates the correct placement of 2 AAA batteries within the transmitter's battery compartment, indicating positive (+) and negative (-) terminals.
- Unscrew the screw securing the battery cover.
- Open the battery cover.
- Install 2 new 1.5V "AAA" batteries, ensuring correct polarities (+/-) as indicated inside the battery compartment.
- Close the battery cover.
- Tighten the screw on the battery cover.
How to Bind
- Turn on the Vehicle.
- Install batteries in the Transmitter. The Transmitter's signal light will flash for a few seconds.
- The binding process is complete for playing when the Vehicle's wheels turn left and right, and the LED light on the Transmitter stops flashing.
- If binding does not complete within 8 seconds, turn off the Vehicle and restart the binding process.
- Once bound, the Vehicle searches for its memorized code when switched on and will only lock onto the Transmitter signal containing that code.
- Turn off the Vehicle and restart the binding process if you are changing to another 2.4GHz Transmitter for playing.
- Do not attempt 2.4GHz frequency signal pairing for the vehicle and transmitter near other 2.4GHz remote-controlled products, as this can cause interference or loss of control.
How To Play
Ensure the Vehicle is switched ON using the power switch.
Controls:
- Left/Right Joystick: Use the Left/Right joystick to control the Vehicle's turning direction (left or right).
- Forward/Backward Joystick: Use the Forward/Backward joystick to drive the Vehicle Forward, Stop, or move Backward.
- Bucket Up Button: Press the Bucket move up button to raise the excavator's bucket.
- Bucket Down Button: Press the Bucket move down button to lower the excavator's bucket.
Direction Adjustment: If the Vehicle does not drive in a straight line, adjust the direction adjustment control located on the Vehicle chassis (refer to Figure 1 for its approximate location).
Playing Surface: Play on a smooth surface for optimum performance.
Power Off: Remember to switch OFF the power of the Vehicle after playing to conserve battery and prevent damage.
Control Range: The optimum control range is up to 25 meters (82 feet) outdoors.
Performance Tips
- Do not drive the vehicle on grass, dirt, sand, dust, carpet, or through water.
- Do not operate in windy or rainy weather.
- Avoid direct impact with obstacles.
- Switch OFF the power when the vehicle is not in use to prevent damage from battery leakage.
- Remove all batteries from the Vehicle and Transmitter if they will not be used for a long period.
- Keep fingers, hair, and loose clothing away from the vehicle's wheels.
- The operating range can be affected by several factors, including:
- Low battery voltage in the Transmitter or Vehicle.
- Interference from other devices emitting radio frequency signals.
- Outdoor usage is recommended to achieve the optimum control range.
- It is recommended to play with the vehicle on a clean and smooth surface.
- Clean the battery compartment to ensure it is free from dust, which can prevent proper battery contact.
Cautions and Safety Information
- Do not attempt to disassemble the Vehicle or Transmitter.
- Ensure batteries are installed with correct polarities (+/-) as indicated inside the battery compartment.
- Remove all packaging and accessories before giving the Vehicle and Transmitter to a child to play with.
The packaging and instruction manual contain important information. Please keep them for future reference.
Warning: Choking Hazard. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to small parts.
Specifications and colors are subject to change without prior notice.
Warning: The antenna of the vehicle and/or transmitter must not be inserted into socket outlets.
