Product Overview
This document provides operating instructions for the CAT D7E Track-Type Tractor remote-controlled model by Diecast Masters. It is a 1:24 scale replica with realistic functions, lights, and sound effects.

Battery Charging Instructions
Charging Methods:
Connect the white port of the Li-Po battery to the USB charging port as shown in the diagram. Ensure a tight and correct connection. Insert the USB charging plug into a power adapter to begin charging.
Indicator Light Status:
- Uncharged state: Red light always lit
- Charging state: Red light always lit & Green light flashes
- Full charging state: Red and green lights always lit
Please remove the USB charger lead promptly when the battery is fully charged.
Precautions for Li-Po Batteries:
- Battery can be charged only with the originally configured USB charger lead.
- Ensure charging with the white Big socket port, not the yellow socket.
- The 7.4V 600mAh Li-Po battery must be charged with a 5V USB charging plug.
- DO NOT charge any Li-Po battery with a damaged appearance to avoid fire hazards.
- Charge the battery according to the specified charging time period.
Safe Usage Instructions for Li-Po Batteries:
- Li-Po batteries pose a higher danger compared with other batteries. Diecast Masters Company Limited does not bear responsibility for damages resulting from improper usage.
- DO NOT attempt to charge the Li-Po battery with any charger other than the included original charger. Failure to do so may result in an explosion or fire.
- DO NOT dismantle, subject to impact, incinerate, or reverse the connections of the battery.
- Avoid metal objects impacting the positive and negative polarities of the battery.
- Prevent sharp objects from penetrating the battery to avoid potential fire.
- Use caution when charging the battery and ensure charging occurs in a visible area. DO NOT leave the battery unattended while charging.
- Keep the battery out of reach of children to avoid injury.
- A degraded battery should not be attempted to be recharged, as battery expansion, deformation, explosion, or fire may occur.
- Dispose of degraded batteries properly following regional or national guidelines to protect the environment.
Remote Control Operation
Function Introduction of Remote Control:
- Left Forward/Backward: Controls left track movement.
- Right Forward/Backward: Controls right track movement.
- Bucket Up/Down: Controls the bucket movement.
- Lights and Sound: Press the sound switch to activate lights and sounds. Press again to turn off.
- Power ON/OFF: Main power switch for the model.
- Automatic Function (AUTO/DEMO): Activates an automatic demonstration sequence for approximately 20-30 seconds.
- Dozer Blade and Body Control: Allows individual operation of the bucket, stick-arm, and boom-arm for powerful excavation actions.
- Model Driving Control: Controls the forward, backward, and rotational movement of the tractor. Infinite rotation to the left or right can be achieved by pressing both directional controls simultaneously.
Remote Control Frequency Pairing and Power On:
This product uses a 2.4GHz remote control. To pair, install batteries in the model and remote control, then power on the model first, followed by the remote control. A series of beeps indicates successful pairing, and the model is ready for operation.
Installation of Batteries
Remote Control Model Battery:
The model is equipped with a 7.4V 600mAh Li-Po battery. Open the battery cover by twisting the buckle, correctly connect the battery, place it in the compartment, close the cover, and twist the buckle to lock. Tighten the cover screw to prevent easy access by children.
Remote Control Battery:
The remote control requires 2 x 1.5V AAA non-rechargeable batteries. Open the battery cover by loosening the screw, insert batteries observing correct polarity, replace the cover, and tighten the screw.
Battery Installation Instructions:
- Remove the rechargeable battery from the package and install it correctly in the machine following the included guidelines.
- The rechargeable battery should be removed from the machine before recharging.
- Recharge the battery only under adult supervision.
- Do not use rechargeable AAA batteries in the remote control.
- Do not combine old and new AAA batteries in the remote control.
- Use the same type or brand of new AAA batteries in the remote control.
- Place AAA batteries in the remote control observing the correct polarity.
- Use caution to avoid short-circuiting the battery terminals in the remote control.
Important Notices and Warnings
- This product contains small parts and is not intended for children under the age of 8.
- The RC model motor can generate heat and should not be touched to avoid possible burns.
- Periodically check the wire, plug, shell, and other parts of the charger for wear or damage. Discontinue use if detected until repaired or replaced.
- The RC model should only be charged using the recommended guidelines.
- The LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) can emit radiation and should not be pointed directly at the eyes.
- Aviation restrictions forbid the use of Radio Control devices within a radius of 3 miles (5000 meters) from any airport runway or facility.
- Improper Use: Do not dismantle, modify, or alter the operation of this product. Do not operate this product in an unlawful or illegal manner or in a way that jeopardizes the safety of the operator or others.
