1. Introduction
1.1 Introduction
The function of this product is to keep food warm in the trolley. It features an internal heater with an electric blower to circulate warm air, maintaining food temperature. Additionally, water can be added to the bottom of the product to keep the food humid.

1.3 Safety Notice
- Place the product on a flat surface, ensuring at least 10 CM of clearance on the left and right sides. Do not place any sundries around the product.
- Users must comply with electrical safety regulations. Ensure the voltage matches the rating label.
- The product must be inspected and installed by a professional technician before use. Users may operate the product only after receiving approval from the technician.
- Before any inspection or repair, shut off the power. Do not dismantle the trolley until it has cooled down.
1.4 Maintenance
This product is intended for keeping cooked food warm. GGM Gastro is not responsible for damage resulting from:
- Improper use or using the product for purposes other than intended.
- Incorrect installation or improper maintenance.
- Continuing to use the product when parts are broken.
- Changing spare parts without written permission from the distributor.
2. Installation Instructions
- The power supply must be 220/230V, 50HZ, with a reliable ground line.
- Wiring must be connected safely according to electrical safety standards.
- All switches must be rated for 25 AMMETER.
- Connect the baffle line and null line properly.
3. Operation
3.1 Circuit Diagram

3.3 Operation
- Connect the electricity, turn on the switch, and set the desired temperature. The machine will automatically turn off when the set temperature is reached.
- Once the temperature is balanced, place the food on the flat net gridding or in a G/N pan, and then close the door.
4. Transportation and Maintenance
During transportation, handle the appliance carefully to prevent intense shaking. Store the packaged appliance in a well-ventilated area free of caustic air. Do not place it outdoors or upside down. Keep it dry and dust-free. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, mechanical shocks, and vibrations. For temporary storage, take weather-proof measures.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance
The device should be cleaned regularly. Always pull the power plug before cleaning.
- Do not use water to clean the control panel to prevent water from entering the unit. Ensure the unit is thoroughly dry before operating again.
- Clean the control panel, device surface, and power cord with a soft cloth dipped in a mild cleaning detergent. Ensure no water enters the switching unit to avoid dangerous creepage currents and malfunctions.
- Avoid aggressive cleaning agents or abrasive materials, as they can damage the stainless steel's protective film and cause rust.
- All parts must be dried thoroughly and reassembled. After reassembly, turn on the switch to dry the dish warmer.
